Hey Sylvie, LOL...We have that on VHS...played it ALOT back in the day:)! Wasn't it for the guy on "Dukes of Hazards" kids? I remember something about a painting of hers...he & his wife were there!!!

Thanks for video Sylvie and Mary it is not Dukes of Hazard it is Starkey and Hutch because it is Paul Michael Glaser and his wife Elizabeth that you see.   It was Elizabeth who was a co-founder of the Paediatric AIDS Foundation after the death of their daughter Ariel.

Hey Sylvie,  It was "Starsky & Hutch"....been a long time ago, the black haired guy, sorry I can't remember his name...but his wife & 2 daughters got HIV....so Sad!!!

Hi Mary and it was Paul Michael Glaser's (Starsky) wife, Elizabeth, that had become infected through a blood transfusion after she had given birth to Ariel and she passed it onto her through her breast milk and it was only when Ariel became ill and was diagnosed with Aids when she was 4 that anyone knew and by that time their son, Jake, had been born and he was diagnosed as HIV.  Elizabeth herself, later on, developed full blown Aids and died too as had Ariel.  If you want to read a book about love, courage and loss then try and get a hold of Elizabeth's memoir, "In The Absence of Angels".....don't know if it is still available but buy yourself a few boxes of tissues too if you do find it;   it still, for me, is one of he most beautiful books I have ever read !!!

It was Elizabeth along with Susan De Laurentis and Susie Zeegen who founded The Paediatric AIDS Foundation.

Hi Mary, I understand how you could have been mistaken between Tom Wopat from "Dukes of Hazzard" and Paul-Michael Glaser from "Starsky & Hutch". I remember they were both dark curly haired.
