Promotions for GEMS

We may start getting a few promotional appearances for GEMS now.  The first will be June 8th on the Loveline with Dr. Drew from 10 p.m. to midnight.  You can find a station here:

Concerning your Harry Belafonte tape. Was it:

Hi Astrid, oh God bless you for being off-topic girl, you put a big smile on my face! Lol The song I was talking about  was “Turn the world around”. It was on a compilation tape we first got when my eldest daughter was 5 called “The Muppet review”, I still own it! lol Thanks also for the drum duet, I loved it. I love this one too - really good vibrations LOL Like many others this video is not availabe in Germany. Was it H.B. with Odetta or Miriam Makeba or a different one?

Also thank you for refreshing my memory about Mel B and Stephen Belafonte. I learned that they will soon have a baby - congratulations LOL

Thought I would share what I heard on our radio station here in Memphis TN today!!  They are actually promoting Michael's new cd and was playing some of the songs from it!!!  They are giving away cd's beginning this afternoon for the next few days!!!!  I was so excited as they usually only play 3 or 4 older select songs over and over of Michael's!!! Hopefully they will keep some of the Gems ones on their playlist after the giveaways are done....I did hear them play "I'm Not Ready" and "Love is Everything" so far, just very excited they actually played them!!!!  Just wanted to share the news...

Wow Kerie, how cool is that!!! I need to listen to my local station, I gave up long ago with them, need to start listening to see if they may be playing GEMS but I doubt it.. I'm happy to hear that you are getting to hear MB on the radio and it's NEW music! YES!!!

I am sooo Happy to hear this News....I will be calling my radio people tomorrow! I have been actually knocking on the doors for this song,

I called the radio station today,and was told "Love Is Everything" has to be released as a Single before they can play it on the Radio!

OH, but I'm knocking on doors & I'll keep on calling, until I hear it played:)!  It'll Happen:)! Mark my word!

Keep on hounding them Mary with "I'm Not Ready" then as that is the single !!!! :)

Maybe that is what I am doing wrong because I have put in a couple of requests to local stations but I have asked for "Love Is Everything" - I will change my tack !!!! :)
