Dianna,
Your'e the greatest at making all these wonderful siggy's. I really do love all of them.
Rest up now ok. Hope you will be feeling better soon. I have had a rough couple of days
too. Been going to physically therapy for a ruptured disk in my neck and two buldging
disk in the lower lumbar. Oh meant to tell you all, that when I went in for the MRI, I told
the lady how Im a bit clostrophobic. She said don't worry we have music for you to listen
to. She asked me if I had any request, of course I requested Michael Bolton! She said "Wow
I never had anybody request him before, but I do think I have him." So she had "Timeless the
Classics" so I got to listen to it and it made the whole thing much easier and well worth it!
Such a treat for me.
Kellie
Kellie wow I think you should be resting up.Watch what you are doing try not to lift anything too heavy.
That was great that you got to listen to Michael during your MRI I'd probably start singing and than they'd have to tell me to be quite lol.
Bill said last time he had an MRI (and you know he doesn't like them at all he has had about 12 now) that they had the radio going for him to listen too and it does help a little.
I am really really worried that I will be unwell for Michael's concert gosh I hope I am feeling better by then.
I would be crushed if my doctor told me I'm not allowed to go I think I would be crying.
Do you have to have an operation now Kellie.
Thinking of you and sending special hugs from me to you

Dianna,
The Doctor is trying the physical therapy for now and encourages me to stay active, sadly my job does require heavy lifting, I have to remind myself how to do it properly or else I do have pain later. Most of my therapy has been in a pool, which is quite different than I had expected. I would rather have massage and ultrasound and heat. They do attach a tens unit and heat though occasionally. Enough about me.
You should try not to stress out over anything, remind yourself that going to see Michael is a fun time! His music is going to soothe your soul.
Relax and enjoy your first, knowing that their will be more concerts to go to. You can hear from the interviews that he is liking to go to Aussie Land!
Yes that sounds about right Kellie
My husbands doctor advices him he should swim more as well so in the summer it's easy our pool is not heated though so in winter no swimming.
But he suffers bad with pain and can't walk some days.
You do have to try to stay active and you do need to learn to lift properly.
So honestly Kellie take the doctors advice
Take care Kellie
Sending love and hugs
