Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread.  The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc.  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

HI  ALL! SORRY THIS HAS TAKEN SO LONG  HERE IS MY REVIEW OF THE CONCERT I ATTENDED AT THE  LEHMAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER IN THE BRONX NY  ON JUNE 7, 2014   I ARRIVED VERY EARLY  (4:00PM)  I TOOK PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE (SUBWAY TRAIN)  AND DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE ME TO GET THERE  I GOT THERE FASTER THEN I THOUGHT I WOULD    BECAUSE  I WAS SO EARLY  I WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND WAS BACK BY 4:30PM   IT WAS SO EARLY THE I WAITED BY THE GATE WHERE ALL THE CARS  CAME IN

WATCHING TO SEE IT I COULD SEE MICHAEL OR HIS BAND ARRIVE   I DID NOT SEE ANY OF THEM  EITHER THEY CAME IN A DIFFERENT ENTRANCE OR THEY WERE ALREADY THERE  AT 6:30PM I WALKED TO THE CONCERT HALL  THERE WAS  SPECIAL RECEPTION/GALA  GOING ON SO WE WERE NOT ALLOWED IN YET  WE WERE FINALLY LET IN A 7:30PM   I HAD VERY GOOD SEATS  ROW F SEAT 1 (AISLE SEAT)  AT ABOUT 8:10PM  THE MUSIC  STARTED  MICHAEL CAME OUT PLAYING THE GUITAR  AFTER THAT HE MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT THAT WE CAN TAKE ALL THE PICTURES WE WANT  HE SAID JUST TO TRY AND GET HIS GOOD SIDE   HE ALSO SAID TO MAKE AS MUCH NOISE AS WE WANT  AND TO SING ALONG WITH HIIM  HE SAID (JOKINGLY) TO GET THE WORDS RIGHT   MICHAEL FIRST SONG WAS TO LOVE SOMEBODY   THE SETLIST THAT MEGAN  GRACE  POSTED IS PRETTY MUCH WHAT HE SANG  EXCEPT HE DID NOT SING SOUL PROVIDER  OR GEORGIA ON MY MIND   DURING THE CONCERT MICHAEL  SAID HE WAS GLAD TO BE HOME  HE SAID HE HAS BEEN TOURING FOR FOUR MONTHS  AND FINALLY GOT THE SEE HIS HOUSE IN CT AGAIN  HE SAID (JOKINGLY) THAT IT IS STILL THERE AND THAT HE FAMILY AND FRIENDS STILL RECOGNIZE HIM   AMANDA BROWN WHO SANG HAISLWY WITH MICHAEL  ALSO SAID SHE WAS GLAD TO BE HOME  SHE IS FROM THE BRONX AND USED TO LIVE JUST TWO BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE CONCERT HALL   WHEN HE SUDDENLY APPEARED  IN THE AUDIENCE TO SING WAMLAW  THE AUDIENCE ERUPTED  WHEN HE FINALLY MADE HIS WAY TO THE STAGE  THAT WHEN THEY LET US UP TO THE STAGE   I RAN UP THERE TO BUT  BEING  PETITIE (4’ 8”) I COULD NOT REACH TO TOUCH HIS HANDS  I WAS NEVER IN FRONT  AND DID NOT STAY LONG AS I WAS AFRAID I WOULD GET TRAMPLED OR SQUASHED IN THE CROWD  HIS ENCORE SONG WAS STEEL BARS AND EVERYONE (INCLUDING ME) WAS UP AND DANCING WHEN HE WAS SINGING   EVEN THOUGH  NEITHER MICHAEL OR THE CONCERT HALL MADE ANY ANNOUNCMENT CONCERNING VIDEOS  I SAW PLENTY PEOPLE  TAKING VIDEOS OF THE CONCERT  I DID NOT  AS MY CELLPHONE  DOES NOT HAVE A VIDEO   I HAVE AN OLD FASHION FLIP PHONE  THAT TAKES TERRIBLE PICTURES   I TOOK SOME  WITH A CAMERA THAT I HAD BUT HAVE TO GET THE FILM DEVELOPED  I KNOW I HAVE TO INVEST IN A DIGITAL CAMERA  I MUST BE THE ONLY PERSON IT THE WORLD WITHOUT ONE    THERE ARE SEVERAL VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE OF THIS CONCERT INCLUDING  THE ONE WHEN MICHAEL TALKS ABOUT BEING HOME AND SEEING HIS HOUSE   HERE ARE THE LINKS

Thanks Gloria for a super review and for the links too .....lovely to hear for they are beautiful and clear !!! :)   Glad you had a great time but pity about being at stage but understand totally for certainly know the feeling when you look around and everyone else seems to be giants and you suddenly start to get feeling you are getting smaller and smaller by the minute !!! lol   Hope your pictures turn out okay and thanks again for sharing your Bolton Adventure Gloria !!! :)

Thanks Mega, that's the master one they go by.  He didn't do Soul Provider at my show in Bethlehem last Friday and our encore had Rock Me and Can I Touch You There, not Georgia. He does change up the encore as he goes along and as he says "takes the temperature of the audience". LOL  Thanks for posting, I was not remembering the last one Amanda did..THANKS!!!

Thanks for the setlist but toooooooooo MANY duets & SOLOS for me. I WANT MORE OF MICHAEL. I know he needs a break(s). I guess I kind of miss the old days when it's just him. But as Bob Dylan says times are changing. Sorry girls if I said anything offensive but..........
