Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread. The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc. This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Robin, your opinion is right. Shellys voice is to masculine!! I have belonged to myself some videos of Shelly. Shellys voice is not suitably to Michael's voice!!! A request to everybody: please thumbs press that Kelly with him sings!

Petra, really, I can picture Shelly with Janis Joplin or Melissa Ethridge & all them. I'm not trying to bash her. Please don't think that but her singing "to make you feel my love" sorry for messing up the title but really? Nah.

Hi Robin, Petra and Christine, I agree with Kathy from Ca, saying that Shelly's voice is more bluesy and in my humble opinion, I don't think it would be suitable for singing "The prayer", so I have a feeling she might be opening for Michael. Hi Sylvie, she may open the show , that means a good promotion for her as a newcomer ??!?? In November she will perfom in Munich as well, according medias, sooo.... We will report all the details from the show for sure.... it makes no sense to speculate and rack our brains right now :-) ( I still need my brain), i am sure it will be a nice evening and if MB choosed her for singing, he probably has a good reason !!! bons baisers to everyone ...Christine

Hi Kathy,No, not going to the NJ ones. Five of us had planned to go to the Atlantic City, NJ show Feb. 28th, So we didn't get tickets to the other NJ ones, then when the AC ones were for sale the pre sale was a disaster. Maybe you didn't read about it. They had terrible seats for sale. So we waited for the next day and they weren't much better. They still are not releasing good seats, so we gave up on AC venue. By that time the other 2 NJ shows were pretty much sold out! We are all going to Bethlehem, PA on May 30th, Looks like he may be doing some NY shows now in June so I will check into those.Joy ;)NJ

Joy...wow...sorry...I don't recall all the tix confusion you had...dang!!! Perhaps next time around you all could assign one venue to each of you and that person buy the tix. Providing you all can ring up all those seats on your cc's..lol Just a thought. Heaven knows I have had extra tix several times due to buying better seats later on :/ Better luck next time Joy and company!!

Hmmm...she sounds more jazz/bluesey type of a singer. This could make for an interesting singing duo :) Hopefully the German fans will give us some reviews!!!
