I flew to Nashville yesterday and attended the funeral of a giant, in our world of music ... a dear friend and one of my greatest heroes and champions, Frances Williams Preston.  A brilliant light and powerhouse in the music industry. BMI's long time leader and fierce advocate for songwriters.
