Hi Mary, aww, thank you so much sweetie! XD I could have tried to add a grid, but I was afraid to mess it up. Mary, you’re so sweet: I don’t know that it’s adorable but it’s simple and says what it has to say. :D Ahh girl, the CBS interview... I commented on that blog and I loved how really thorough Martha Teichner was, playing “Give me a reason” for instance and the commercials, but when Michael sang “Amelia”, I just melted into a puddle! As I wrote on the blog: it made us feel the words Martha was narrating, that Michael is so completely in love with his granddaughters... So well I’d say I liked it! Lol Thank you so much for your comment sweetie, take care. Big hugs, sincerely, Sylvie <3
Hey Sylvie,
I had to see your Square...I love'em...I get the Scrabble theme...That was darn good thinking girl! And then there is yours...Adorable, just like you! Thanks for sharing! BTW how did you like the interview this morning?
Mary (M&M's)!
Hi Kathy, thanks for being always so faithful to my blog sweetie! :D Thanks also for your good words, glad you love it! I was going for Scrabble letters and wasn't sure I'd obtained the right result, but I'm very glad you all like them, thank you all! Take care Kathy and hurry up: you don't have much time left! XD hugs, sincerely, Sylvie <3

Wonderful job and yes MB will surely enjoy this most original quilt!!! Which reminds me...have to finish mine asap!!!
See ya on the forum...

Hi Nicolette, thank you so much for your compliment! Oh I’m used to working with silk: most of my music boxes are made with it. It’s a bit more difficult to work on a square this size though, because there’s nothing holding it in place. Michael will be so proud to see all these squares from all over the world and that we all took the time to make them. Amie posted on my thread that she received your square and other ones too. Thank you again for your good words Nicolette and have a great weekend yourself! Bisous à toi aussi! Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie <3
Beautiful, beautiful squares Sylvie!! Looks like difficult fabric to sew, is it silk? You did a wonderful job and can be proud of yourself!
I received a message from Amie that my square arrived yesterday, used "Delft Blue" fabric (the same fabric that I have sent you) and have embroidered a small text. Pffff so little time so much to do! LOL LOL
Dear Sylvie, again well done!
Have a great weekend!
Bisous,
Nicolette xx
They are beautiful Sylvie, in fact so beautiful, that I wish you and Robin could see them !!! :)

Hey Sylvia, wow yourself! lol Thanks! Well, I had to put my Scrabble idea somewhere and I wanted both squares to be a little different. As for the "Qc", of course that was mandatory: maybe I should have done what I suggested to Dianna and printed a map with a red mark on Montreal... :D Thanks again Sylvia, you made my day! XD Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie <3
P.S.: I did need a little help, just to mark the tiles but told my daughter what I was going for and she's the one who put the little numbers in the corner. :D
Oh WOW Sylvie they are beautiful, absolutely beautiful !!! :) There is nothing else I can say for the way too you have done Robin's as scrabble....that is fantastic even to the little numbers on the squares.....I just love it and as for your own with the flag and your QC it is just gorgeous.....they really are both beautiful Sylvie and I know, with having seen a few other squares, that they will look absolutely gorgeous with the others....gorgeous and I really do mean that !!! :)
Sylvia. Your wee Scottish friend.
