Hi everyone,
I think enough of us are watching American Idol (AI) to make this thread worthwhile. So I am taking Sylvie from Canada's suggestion to move it from New Tour Reviews 2011 and give it it's own thread here in Off Topic. Since tonight starts the top 11 voting, it's getting interesting and a good time to start talking about it.
I have been a fan since it started 10 years ago. Hard to believe it's been on that long, not many TV shows last that long. So to anyone watching: "who is your favorite?"

Hey Mary, I love "Islands in the stream" too and I thought Deandre did well too, go figure. Uh-oh, my memory lapse is catchy now? ;D It was so great to have my little Kelly Pickler last night! Oh, let me know how Meggy loved the show! Did she get to meet up with him at all? I got the CD a few weeks ago, it is great. All the songs are good, not just a few. Talk soon..........19 days til I see Daughtry :)

Hi Joy, ah that's great news about Scotty! I really love his CD. Hubby was watching the CMA's and he said Kelly Clarkson won an award, I'm guessing for best duet or something with Jason Aldean. I saw Scotty on the show and it is the first time I have seen and heard him and I liked a lot......he is pretty, pretty good and there is a new way and interesting one that Michael could go for a collaboration !!!!! lol.

Hey Sylvia, you know, the uneducated bystander might think you have a one track mind about collaborations! :D But seriously, I have Scotty's CD and it's wonderful. I don't often buy country CD's, but I loved Scotty's voice and I'm glad I did. Look up "Dirty dishes" and "Back on the ground" on YouTube and let me know what you think. Take care sweetie. Thanks for the heads up about those Sylvie for they are beautiful and I believe when a certain little date crops up this month my CD collection is going to be added to !!! LOL When I hear Scotty's voice who I hear is Don Williams....one of my all time favourites....and hey if anybody wants a beautiful love song just listen to "You're My Best Friend"....knocks the socks off of me every time for I love it !!! :)

American Idol has just finished with me so I am in catching up and I don't half love your outfit Joy....OMG some prison we are in !!!!! LOL.
Didn't DeAndre just go way over the top tonight.....oh fantastic, wonderful, gorgeous and he only flicked his hair six times....ROFL Not back in here again until after tomorrow nights show.....see you then folks ....byeeeeeeeeee !!!!! lol.

....did you perchance miss out the word "listen" there Kathy ???? LOL. Oh never fear he will show them .....record contract coming up.....number 1 in a couple of weeks......foregone conclusion.....cough, cough, cough ....LOL. It is a load of rubbish in anycase....I'm not watching it anymore......bad sport......YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.
