2013 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!!!!! EVERYONE WELCOME!! COME ON IN AND JOIN THE FUN!!

Welcome everyone to the 2013 Tour Review Thread!!!!!!! It is hard to believe another year is soon upon all of us and it should be a fantastic Michael Bolton year full of fun and adventures for Michael's fans around the world!

Feel free to post your stories and pictures, any videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!! Michael will be touring in 2013 starting in Jamaica in January. There could be other events too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert come on in and share your experience here. We also have shows scheduled in the USA for February and one is on MB’s birthday which will be extra special!! This should be a very exciting year for all of us with MB’s new book coming out as well as a new CD and possibly his TV show starting later in the year too? We never know with MB as he’s got so many things going on at once!!LOL We can report here if there are any book signings as well if you all want to. Also, later in the year the Michael Bolton Charities will schedule their events to raise funds for the MBC.

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Hi Sylvia,

Not sure what you mean and not sure what Katia means in mentioning the term "mobile phone". No one called anyone here. Maybe she is thinking I took the pictures or typed out the review with a cell phone?

Which I could have if I had a "smart" phone, but I still have an older type cell phone. (Which I hear all the young people call "dumb" phones!) I also think something is lost in some of Katia's translations into English.

And are you asking if I called her or she called me during the concert? No. I have thought about that, but I have never done it. Partially due to I have a dumb phone! LOL! And I turn my phone off during concerts, I don't want to miss a thing, also it is rude to Michael to be on the phone during a show. (He doesn't know you are sharing the show with another fan!)

Hi Joy, from what I understand, Katia just mentionned she enjoyed the story about the lady on the cell phone and how Michael dealt with it, that's all. I know sometimes meanings are lost in translations because sentences are built differently in French and English. I hope that clears that up! :D Take care sweetie. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie Qc Canada

Merci pour ton aide, sylvie, en aucun cas je ne veux que Joy pense que je lui manque de respect, c'est juste l'histoire de la personne au telephone et dont MB fait un effet comique en la coupant dans son elan, j'ai adoré ce passage et l'humour de MB. je suis quelqu'un de trés respectueuse et j'adore les aventures de chacunes et de chacun, et le fait de pouvoir les partager, moi qui n'est pas la chance d'assistée à ses concerts donc je me nourris des aventures de chacunes en admiration pour MB

Then MB was about to start a song with Kelly and this woman was talking on her cell phone! How rude!! MB was already on the same side as her, he stepped a bit forward and leaned over and said "Tell them I'm not taking any calls right now, I'm busy!" For a few seconds she was oblivious, then she looked up and just left. Not sure if she said anything or not. As she left MB just waved to her and softly said, "Bah Bye" It was so funny.............

Puis MB était sur le point de commencer une chanson avec Kelly et cette femme parlait sur son téléphone portable! Comment rude! MB était déjà sur le même côté que lui, il marcha un peu en avant et se pencha et dit: «Dites-leur que je ne prends aucun appel en ce moment, je suis occupé!" Pendant quelques secondes, elle était inconsciente, puis elle leva les yeux et juste à gauche. Vous ne savez pas si elle a dit quelque chose ou pas. Comme elle a quitté MB simplement fait signe vers elle et dit doucement: «Bah Bye" C'était tellement drôle .............

No confusion is this passage which I state called "phone" I found funny how Michael Bolton, responded to this person, I know very well Joy, that you are respectful of the talent of MB, so there is nothing serious and I thank you again for sharing your wonderful adventures

Pas de confusion, c'est ce passage dont je fais état en disant "telephone", Je trouvai amusant la façon dont Michael Bolton, avait répondu à cette personne, je sais trés bien Joy, que tu es respectueuse du talent de MB, donc il n'y a rien de grave et je te remercie encore de me faire partagér tes aventures merveilleuses

Hey Joy!! Thanks for your great review. I felt like I was there with you. He didn't start with Soul Provider in Chester either. My friend was suck behind the phone lady and all night was on the phone..She thanked MB for getting rid of her when she got to him at the table for the signing. He knows her and was like, yes that lady was rude!! OMG Casino high rollers unfortunately don't care about who is on stage.

Way to go getting your photo signed...I got my ticket signed in York and MB said sure put it down despite the guy there not wanting me to do it. I had my CD and the audio book too that are MB recent releases!!! Way to go girl getting the guitar pick too.. At Chester our friend's hubby found it on the floor after the show..he's using black ones again and it blended with the carpet and none of us saw it!!LOL

The band are all so nice, I've come to enjoy all of them and chatting with them is a pleasure. So sweet of them to take time with the fans like they do..

Love the show and thanks for your great review and pics. Felt like I was there with you. I saw Diane's pic on FB of her at the table with MB ..Way to go ladies!! You had a blast!!!!! My friends that were there did too!!!!
