WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE 2014 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!! COME ON IN AND JOIN THE FUN!!

Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread.  The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc.  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

I just talked to our Robin R. for an hour....LOL....she is excited about Saturday's concert in Palm Desert, CA :))))....happy for you, Robin R., and looking forward to your fun and have a blast to all going !! :)). Hi ladies....just a fast word to say Michael was GREAT at the Chumash Casino!! It was very hectic for me as I drowned my phone in my pool on Wed!!!!!! Omg....how hooked I am on that little machine!! No tweets....no fast emails...no texts or checking in anywhere!! YIPES!! Thankfully I had insurance and my new phone arrived today!!! I shall be back with my review :)))

Glad you had a super time at Chumash Kathy and will wait patiently for your review !!! :)   All I will say is Kathy your pool got an e-mail from me yesterday....I forgot about your phone and it was to say I got a great birthday present for got notified by Gigs & Tours that they had despatched Glasgow tickets.....yipeeeeee !!! :)

Hi ladies....This is my second post. Have no clue where the first one went!!
Michael ROCKED at the McCallum theatre tonight! I think Robin R and I got our own personal concert!!! Oh what a night!! Review coming. ..2....probably on Monday.
Have family things to do..... but...I will be back ;)

Thanks Kathy for coming in and glad you got to the McCallum and glad to hear too that Robin R had a good time......many thanks for sharing and will await your review !! :)

Have to make comment on here but I suppose at such an event Michael didn't have to make, what I believe now is, his normal announcement, to take as many pictures as you want but no videos.  Have to say I am grateful to Gina for putting out a post on FB, which I just happened to see as we only became friends again the day before, of Michael's announcement that he has seemingly been making at concerts of late before I went out and bought a new camera to have been able to have taken better videos than my existing one does at my concerts in May:  what a waste of money that would have been !!!  Have to say I am more than disappointed as I had hoped to be able to video Michael as he walked on the stage in Cardiff and I saw him for the first time and it would have not necessarily been a video to share but one, definitely, as a keeper for myself.  

Have to add my own opinion, or I wouldn't be the Wee One, but I believe Michael is making one huge public relations mistake in taking this decision but he is the boss and what he wants, he gets !!!   Of course, there are copyright issues surrounding the publication of videos but which it is recognized and has become the norm that those copyright issues are ignored because for the big companies, like Sony etc, to attempt to take to court, all those who break copyright, would be cost ineffective.    What the big companies should do is take youtube to court because it is a media outlet that states the laws regarding copyright and then blatantly allows them to be broken but because, of course, their bread and butter is taken from those who break the law;  the big boys will not attack the big boys but will go for the wee boy in the street which is a part of our capitalist society and always will be just as the governments who condemn drug abuse and will jail the "wee boy on the street" for dealing in or taking drugs they will never attack those countries that grow it, in the first place, for they are one of the "big boys" too and both enjoy the benefits from the "wee boys" drug abuse.   Off my political soapbox before I really start but just to finally add that because there is a lot of talk about "piracy" within the music industry, possibly Michael is just trying to do his small part in cleaning it up, which the "big boys" have asked be done and who they maintain the initiative has to come from, the musicians themselves.   All I see in that is manipulation by the "big boy" and he keeps his hands clean;  the Industrial Revolution in this country came about because the "wee boy" was fed up being told by the "big boy" what to do; believe there are many examples in our lives today where the "wee boy" should turn on the "big boy" and tell him to clean up his own house before he comes into mine, a "wee boy" !!!!!!!!  

Please remember, as I have written above, it is JMO and as we all know, they are like ******** and we all have one !!!!
