It was a fun programme and I got to watch it when I was in Cardiff....think that was where I saw it, been to too many places and getting things mixed up !!! lol Thanks for all the pics Petra and will try to give a little review once this touring thing is over ...okay ????

.Hi Folks,
I've finally found this page again ....wow !!!!! LOL Knew I promised to do a review somewhere and I guess I have to say sorry for being a wee, wee bit late but at same time, what is, just about, 3 months between friends...LOL I must admit I didn't completely forget about for I did check YouTube to see if anyone had uploaded and have checked again and plenty from May but not Michael !!! :(
The interview was good for Paul himself has a great sense of humour and what they did before Michael came on was Paul started to introduce him and there was a big build up to Michael Bolton and then on came this wee boy and he was so cute and Paul stops dead and looks at him and in a serious way he starts saying to him something like: "Who are you ?? It's supposed to be Michael Bolton coming on and we can all see you're not Michael Bolton" and as he is saying he is getting louder and kind of angrier and he's waving his arms about and the expressions on his face for Paul has an expressive face and he can act. Eventually the wee boy turns to him and says: "but I AM Michael ....FROM Bolton !!"....it was so funny and then they went to a commercial break and eventually Michael actually came on and I thought it would have been good if he had come on when the wee boy was there and made something of him but they didn't work it like that, so, hey ho !!! In the interview, as far as I can recall, he talked about his current tour and where he was playing and of course talked about Motown and the new CD for that was definitely what he was there to do, to promote the CD. What else I can remember was he talked about his "18 year overnight success" and of course with talking about that in came the mention of food on the table and that gave Paul an intro to mention about him being a vegetarian and he talked about that a little. There were a few off the cuff bits of laughter but honestly I can't remember exactly what they were about and it was only seconds for it was just something was said and a bit of the double entendre came in and then both of them joking and saying we had better not go down that road. Then the woman who ran the karate class came on and Paul said to Michael about joining in and he said sure and both of them went over to where she was and she started saying about how and why she had formed the class and how much she enjoyed doing it but she was pretty nervous and she did seem to get worse every time she looked at Michael and then the poor soul said about teaching him a few moves in karate and Paul said to him had he done anything like this before and of course Michael said, "yes!!" I think the poor woman just about fainted and then it was the talk about what form of karate Michael had done and she just got more and more lost and more nervous but Michael did do one move of blocking an attack with the pole but that was all and think there was supposed to be more but they ran out of time. It was a good interview but as with them all, it was far too short.
Hope that is okay for a wee review and proves the old memory isn't too bad and talking about old memory it has now become 21st here and this is my dad's birthday, he would have been 114....WOW !!! :) Yeah, born in 1900 when Queen Victoria was still on the throne and Boer War hadn't ended and yet he ended up loving the Rolling Stones, the Kinks and Elvis and couldn't wait to see man on the moon and I'm glad he did see that....a pretty open minded and forward thinking wee guy was my dad, yeah, he was indeed !!! :) Sweet, sweet memories !!! :)
