Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread.  The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc.  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

BAD NEWS  :  Picking up all tweets that Aviso has cancelled the concert for tonight in Mexico  :  no explanations available.  Will obviously send message to Gail.

I just saw that over there Sylvia. I wonder what happened? After all the press and everything? Oh my...I hope MB is ok.  Thanks for posting here. Maybe Gail can find out what happened.

All clear! Concert canceled due to technical problems! Michael is not sick !!! Thank God !!!

"The American composer and singer canceled today's concert at Mexico City's Arena Ciudad de México due to technical problems.

Michael Bolton announced that today's concert at Mexico City's Arena Ciudad de México with Filippa Giordano as guest artist has been canceled.

"I've just been advised about technical problems @ArenaCdMexico preventing our show tonight. I'm so saddened & we are working to reschedule," Bolton wrote on Twitter.

Earlier the American composer and singer had announced that he is in negotiations with a Mexican TV broadcaster to produce some programs that "entertain and amuse the public."

An up-date on what happened as Michael has been tweeting again and he answered a fan who asked him if he could tell them what the reason was for the cancellation and here is Michael's tweet:

"they had issues with sound & lights rigging. Very disappointing. We are working to reschedule."

By a couple of other tweets I've read, where he has let himself come through, he is exceptionally disappointed.....I know we all know he would have been but just letting those not on Twitter know that it is really coming through in some of his tweets.

Thanks for the update Sylvia. You can imagine that after so much set-up, a press conference, interviews and hope for "fan food" in Mexico, Michael would be upset at canceling. Thanks for all the update ladies. I am relieved that Michael is well. Michael loves performing and entertaining his fans, so I can imagine how disappointed he must feel not able to do this for his Mexican fans. Hang on Mexican fans, I believe he will reschedule as soon as he can. Much love everyone.

The next concert on MB's tour is on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Hard Rock Cafe, San Jose, Costa Rica!

I am hoping all goes well with this venue and no more cancellations on this tour. MB was as disappointed as the fans posting on twitter last night in Mexico.

Hi Sylvia I,m not on Twitter so appreciate the update on this. It,s easy to see how Michael would be disapppointed at this, for he loves performing and we know he wouldn,t cancel without very good reason. It,s sad for Michael and for the Mexican fans, hopefully they will reschedule soon. Just glad that Michael is well and didn,t have to cancel due to sickness.
