Gail's Bereavement

Thought this was best way to pass message on to everyone and a place where everyone could, in turn, pass message onto Gail if wished. Gail's mother passed away yesterday. She had been failing for a little while and had had her ups and downs but for last couple of weeks family have known just a matter of time and luckily, the family and Gail, had been able to spend precious, precious moments with her before she slipped away peacefully.

Gail has put a post out on FB and here is her post along with a beautiful photo of her mother:

"We lost our mom today. She was beautiful inside and out and what I strive to be for my kids and grandkids. She is now at peace and with dad. I miss you mom!"

Oh, Gail,

I'm so sorry! Losing a mother is really sore and sad! Mothers leave a big void!

I hope you remember the many beautiful moments with her. Maybe help the memories at some point to accept the loss.

And I'm sure you both will see you again someday!

I am in thoughts on you and your family!

Gail I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was special. You all had many wonderful times with her. Some most recently. She is smiling down on you all now. I loved seeing your photos of her over the years. She fought hard these last few. Bless her and all of you.

Thanks everyone. Mom has had problems for a number of years but always fought through with grace. She was my inspiration and I will miss her very much. She is at peace now so I am ok. Thanks again. Gail

Hi Gail,I’m so sorry to hear about your loss, though I know the last 4 years had been pretty rough on your mom. I remember her getting sick around the time this forum was started actually. I am so sorry for your loss! I know it is so hard losing a mom but I know you have made some wonderful memories and got to spend so much precious time with her. I know she will always smile down to you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
