Thanks very much for this link Sylvia. You can listen and you can download the podcast too. I've fast-forwarded to Michael's part, which is about 11 minutes, but the hosts  do keep talking about GKD afterwards, but I'll get to it tomorrow. Thanks again Sylvia, take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie Qc Canada :D

A little more information has been posted on the Gotta Keep Dreamin website on upcoming events and it looks as though details being worked out on an event to take place on 16th December at The Grove, Los Angeles, CA at 6 pm is definitely in the works.

As a native Detroiter, and a Michael Bolton fan, I was thrilled to learn about Michael's commitment to showcase Detroit's Renaissance in this film. I read about this first in the Washington Post as I now reside in Washington DC.  Coincidentally in February, I'll be heading to Detroit for a conference that will bring together volunteer leaders with the American Institute of Architects, a national professional association that supports creative problem solvers (also known as architects) who help make our world a better place.

With their passion for historic preservation, sustainability and commitment to urban renewal projects, like Detroit's Renaissance, I'd love to be able to show this group of 600 architects a clip or preview of the film at our conference. Is it possible to talk with someone about this inquiry?  It would be a great opportunity to promote the film and connect the big "D" with this audience who will also hear from Detroiter Josh Linkner as one of our keynote speakers.

I can be reached at nancywhite@aia.org

Hi Nancy and welcome to the forum. It sounds like those architects should already be part of Michael’s documentary... The film “Gotta Keep dreamin’” has a web site and this is the contact page:

There’s a contact form on it, so I’m guessing this might be the right place to ask, good luck! Take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie Qc Canada :D

Think should add link to interview at Detroit Motor Show that Michael gave on 12th January when he is speaking about documentary, "Gotta Keep Dreamin", on here:

http://robbreport.com/luxury-travel/videos/robb-report-live-michael...

and here are the two pics that went along with link to interview with first being one Robb Report used in tweeting link and second is one Michael himself used when tweeting about interview and they are both shots of him being interviewed at the Detroit Motor Show by Katrina Szish.

Thanks a lot for posting the YouTube link Sylvia, take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie Qc Canada :D

Little heads up on here and will put on other threads.  Michael has retweeted a tweet from Passion 8 Media which says "Gotta Keep Dreamin" coming soon.  I checked Passion 8's account and there is also a tweet which mentions "Songs of Cinema" as coming soon.  Obviously, am wondering, if Passion 8 is a branch of Michael's "Passion Studios" which has been set up to handle such things as the documentary.  The Twitter account was just started end July.  Here is tweet he retweeted

Pic which is included is sign hanging on a wall which says:

2929 Productions

Chideo / Prized

Magnolia Pictures

Spotlight Cinema Networks

Hoping it means things will prove more than interesting in coming few weeks and hoping much, much more info will be forthcoming too !!! lol

As Michael has mentioned Gotta Keep Dreamin in this tweet thought would put over here and it is one Michael has sent today as a "Throw Back Thursday" and he has included a picture of himself with John Varvatos and Alice Cooper at the opening of John's shop in Detroit in April, 2015.

Michael has posted a pic of himself at the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit yesterday.  He has posted it to his Gotta Keep Dreamin page on FB and hence reason thought would post on this thread too.  He has been in Detroit area over last couple of days as he attended the opening of a Mexican Restaurant, Honcho, in Clarkston, Oakland County, Michigan and he performed, with the band, at a private event last night.  Here is comment along with pic which i have also posted to Miscellany thread.....

To add to above post have found out car Michael is standing beside is the Presidential limousine that J.F Kennedy was in when he was assassinated in Dallas, Texas.  Thought by flags something official and again thought picture hanging by side showed JFK but can't see too clearly for only now that I know for sure can I see it is definitely him.  Have seen a picture taken from other side and car is quite badly damaged there.
