Question on the commercial use of holiday track

Hello,

  I have a question about the commercial use of the Michael Bolton holiday track for "Have yourself a merry little Christmas". 

I would like to use it as background music for a self made commercial in my podcast. We don't plan on making any money from the podcast but it might be something that happens in the future either directly or indirectly. Is it ok to use this track for potential commercial use. I'm assuming the answer is an unfortunate "no", but I am a huge Michael Bolton fan and would love to be able to use this briefly. Any information on this would be appreciated.
