"SONGS OF CINEMA" ... all discussions and REVIEWS welcome !!!

Following is part of old description for thread when concept for album was first mentioned, by Michael, in 2015 and this thread was started. Decided to leave as little bit of history and insight for those interested and might not have seen all our "discussions" leading up to this wonderful day.  Pages 1 - 27 contain old material so please head to page 28 for all the new stuff and also check out new description, contained below starting at "Please go to ......."

 As it is now 10th FEBRUARY and Michael's new CD "SONGS OF CINEMA" has been released am updating this page/thread so that everyone can come together and join in discussion and leave review of CD.

Astrid,  baby girl, so wonderful to hear from you! Thanks for the warning of spoiler alert, but even though most of us have only heard 3 songs so far through PledgeMusic, who could resist reading your review? Not me! XD I'm really glad they held off releasing "I will always love you" on PledgeMusic, because I really want to listen to that one on my stereo at home. I have nothing against downloading, but to me, there's no substitute to having the real thing in your hands and hearing it for the first time at home. Thanks very much for the descriptive preview Astrid and I hope you can watch the Netflix special too. It's really great to hear from you sweetie, please don't be a stranger. :D Take care. Hi Sylvie,

I agree listening on a laptop or mobile really destroys the songs. I couldn't resist listening to Stand by me and was so disappointed. I waited for the CD and it was worth it. Now I am really excited about this song. MB's music needs a good stereo device, it is living music :-).

My sister has access to Netflix and hopefully she can help me out.

I can't wait to read your thoughts, too. -:).

Oh Asssssssssstrid HOW could we forget you.......NEVER !!! lol    Absolutely lovely to see you on here, terrific and thanks so much for coming in and sharing your review of the album ..... thank you !!! :)   Makes my think, I should change heading for this thread.....look out folks because I'm going to !!!! lol

Ok, I was able to watch a few seconds of that Valentine Special. Forget about the seriousness regarding the Jack Sparrow Ballad. MB is a major wizard of illusion :-), Astrid

Great to see you on here June  ..... computer wizard, that's you !!! lol   Hope once you have had chance to listen to CD you will pop back on.  I have it on repeat and still stop dead on first note from Michael on "I Will Always Love You".... OMG, my favourite and it is BEAUTIFUL .  Dolly's voice is exceptional and Michael's ... well .... just out the ball park.  It has to be released as a single, just has to be.....oh geeeez it would soar to #1 throughout the world.  Oh I so hope it is released as a single, so hope !!!   

A new love song for 2017 ..... a new love song for ETERNITY !!!!!!!

So far I love I Will Always Love you and Heard It Through the Grapevine of the ones I just heard. Will be replaying it over and over today and prob love them all.. Love this new video too for WAMLAW!!  Nice surprises to wake up to over here this morning.

Also the newsletter from MB is nice to wake up to also..

Also, Message from Pledge Music that they didn't have enough signed copies originally signed, some going out now and more within the week.

I guess more fun mail to arrive for me in a weeks time!! :)
