2 tickets available for Brighton

Hi,

I have two spare tickets for Brighton next Wednesday. Front stalls, row D, seats 23 and 24 (one aisle seat). If anyone is interested, I will be there and can hand over the tickets there. They are £39.50 each.

I knew I shouldn't have said we had no snow !! Sadly I cannot get the day off work, so driving is not an option and not sure I can rely on the trains, so think I will have to give in and now not go :(

Don't worry Sue. Don't know if I'll get there anyway. I rang Brighton this afternoon and there hadn't been much snow down there. I think it is much worse here. We'll just wait and see tomorrow. If there is severe weather in Brighton, it might be cancelled. If not, and I can't get there, there will be two empty seats in the front row!!!!

Maybe we can meet up when Michael comes over again.

Larraine. I'm so sorry I didn't get your message that you were chancing it & going to Brighton till 5mins ago. I've left you a voicemail message but posting here as well in the hope you'll let us know you're ok & not stranded in Brighton! Hoping & praying you're not! If I'd got your message in time I at least could've told you weather had turned bad here & we weren't going, which might have made you think again.

Hi KayDee,

We got as far as Victoria Station. When we went to buy train tickets, we were told there were long delays and no guarantee of getting back after the concert. Rather than take a chance on getting stuck on a train somewhere, we decided to go home. On the way home I received a text message to say that the concert had been cancelled due to Michael being ill. Of course, I'm sorry that he is ill, but I am thankful that we were not on a train to Brighton at the time!

Managed to get home, but now feel like it's Christmas Day - loads of snow last night and our road is like a skating rink, so I won't be venturing very far today.

Hope you're coping with this weather.
