Special Event Celebrating Orrin Bolton's New Album!!!

You can help support Orrin, MIchael's brother, by attending this event which celebrates the release of his long-awaited CD "Liv'n Like A Man." Orrin and some very select musicians will perform songs from the new album. This will be his first performance in a long time...and, his only performance in the Northeast. The event will take place at Daniel Street Club on December 29th beginning at 7 p.m. It's an early evening show, so you can enjoy dinner (special ticket offer) across the street at Stonebridge before attending the show. Thanks for your help Anna - at least I feel a bit better knowing it wasn`t that I was doing something daft!

Sylvia.
Sylvia,

I just checked and it seems the problem on Orrin's site is now fixed. I feel pretty confident that your order didn't go through since you never got to the PayPal section/page. You shouldn't have any problems ordering his CD now. :o)

Bravo Sylvia and you're very welcome! I fully agree with you that everyone should get Orrin’s CD! You see, this was a good thing it didn’t work at first, so you were able to witness how efficient Orrin’s team is and we all made contact and had a nice way to break the ice! Do stick around and post often Sylvia, you’re a lot of fun! Hope you come visit www.orrinbolton.com and post your opinion of his CD on the discussion thread for “Liv’n like a man” when you get it! Take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
P.S.: You can't be daft, you're a Bolton fan! :D
CELEBRATION TIME SYLVIA!!! Twin dance on me!! Dancing a little jig for you...LOL I have lost sleep over your situation..LOL Now I can go back to bed!!! My maternal grandmother was born in Aberdeen and where in Scotland were you born my wee friend? lol......My grandma always used that word "wee" and I thought it was so cute!
Kathy and LAFD Bob

Hi Kathy,

I have had my "mad" rant; my breakfast and a wee cup of tea - have just poured another!  Didn`t get back yesterday because we had our annual Yuletide night in the town and I just love to go to it - love to see the children and all their wee faces, especially when Santa goes through the town on the fire engine with bells, claxtons, lights going everywhere - am sure the firemen add a few for extra effect : must add, although I love them all, I`m glad I am coming home on my own !!!!!!!!!!     I did laugh at your message about your grandmother always saying "wee" - I have put it back in because I always use it - in last message when I was going to have a " little" cup of tea I had put in "wee" but took it out thinking it wouldn`t be understood.  On your question :  I am actually Glasgow born and bred although for the past ten years I have lived in a seaside town called Largs, in Ayrshire, on the west coast of Scotland - and I love it - best move I ever made!  I have a cousin who lives in Aberdeen, she married an Aberdonian, surname Robertson - been there now some fifty odd years.   I have many cousins, second and third cousins, all spread throughout - Canada, Australia and all over UK - my mother was second youngest of a family of ten.

Now to cut to the chase - I am so, so glad I managed to order Orrin`s CD - although it has been said and you can hear in snips it is not like Freedom - the voice is still the same - I know I`m going to love it!

After my rant this morning and this, Michael will be thinking he runs a telephone exchange - maybe I`ll get billed or CUT OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your wee Scottish friend, Sylvia.

Hi Sylvia...what a delightful little historical story about your life in Scotland :) My grandmother's maiden name is Sheriff. I understand Aberdeen is quite cold. That is probably one of the reasons my grandma left and moved to Canada and married a French-Canadian :) I enjoyed the fire parade story since my husband is a fire captain. We actually got to ride on his fire truck in the Hollywood Christmas Parade a couple of weeks ago!

I need to still order Orrin's cd. I really enjoyed his appearance on Oprah with Michael. Perhaps I will let the site cool off after your visit just so they don't cart me away with you to the nut house!!!! LOL I am sure I will have my own problems!!

til next time my we friend....

Kathy and LAFD Bob

Hi Kathy,

They`ve let me out again or I`ve escaped and nobody has noticed - shooooooooooooooooo

Hope your party on Saturday went well - I am right aren`t I - you did have a party to do with the fire department - wondered, when I saw that LAFD and then when I had worked out that you all, or nearly all, lived over the pond (I thought, at first, when I kept seeing all the peculiar times messages were being posted that Michael had a bunch of insomniacs following him) I thought it had to be fire department - best bunch of guys in the world with about the worst job in the world!  Somehow I don`t think our wee parade could have been anything getting near to Hollywood`s - hope you did enjoy that experience!  Bet it was great!

One question, reason for this, why haven`t you bought Orrin`s CD?  I was shocked when I read that - after what I put you lot through!  Hey, Kathy, if you need any help - just ask me - ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, throw in a couple of hee, hee`s too - you just might end up ordering his whole stock!

(In a stage whisper)  I`m away to crawl back into my wee den to hide again for a wee while!

Sylvia.   A wee Scottish friend.

P.S.  Above is all a bit of fun - I believe I have been forgiven - I did eat some humble pie - hope it was enough!

HAHAHAHAHAAHA and HEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE....enough for you???? LOL

I thought maybe you got a day pass....hope you didn't return late!!!! hahaha

We did have a party for my husband"s fire station :) We had 57 people in attendance and I was floating around somewhere filled to the brim with pomegranate margaritas....soooooo yummy :) The worst job? No way .....my husband and his crew LOVE their job!!!! It is quite remarkable.

I read all the lyrics to Orrin's songs that were posted on his site so for some reason.....I thought that was good enough!! lol I don't think orrin would agree or you for that matter. I guess i got distracted :/

You certainly are a wee bit funny and I get your wee jokes....hahaha heehee No need here for humble pie my wee friend!!!

Kathy and LAFD Bob

Sylvia,

Just wanted to let you know that your CD was shipped! Looking forward to hearing what you think of it.

Anna

Hi Anna,

Thanks for letting me know Orrin`s CD is on its way.  I`ll certainly get into the web site and let you know what I think of it - that sounds as though there is a  chance that I may not like it   -   NO CHANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Lol.

Thanks for all your help Anna.

Sylvia.    Wee Scottish friend.
