Do you know, i dont think there is anything more beautiful than a choir singing carols at Christmas.
Especially from a venue like the Basilica of Assisi. It is a truly wonderful amazing beautiful building.
I really wish I could go, but listening to the concert on the radio will be the next best thing.
Thank you so much for posting this for us Pilar.
Love Jennifer XXXX
Thanks Pilar, this will be beautiful. I hope after that MB gets to come on home and relax for the Holidays and see his little granddaughter!
Robin :)
Oh my goodness Pilar, that concert sounds heavenly! I know most of the pieces mentioned and although they’re not all Xmas related pieces, they’re gorgeous and peaceful. It sounds to me that Michael and Noa are the only 2 soloists, because most of the pieces mentionned are either instrumental or choir pieces and most of the names mentionned are composers. Michael has worked with Steven Mercurio the conductor before, he was the conductor on "Merry Christmas from Vienna". I guess we all know what Michael will be singing! Thank you so much for the article Pilar! If anyone knows exactly where and when we’ll be able to watch it, please share with us here! Take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
Oh Sylvie, can you just imagine the accoustics? Heavenly!!!
I reckon Michael will sing 'Hellelujah' and it will ring through the rafters!!!
I really wish I could be there.
Love Jennifer XXX
Yes Jennifer, I can imagine and thanks for the audio picture in my mind!I'm pretty sure he'll sing both "Hallelujah" and "The prayer" so those who'll be listening are in for a treat... Let's just hope Michael is feeling better by then, poor sweetie... Well take care Jen and thanks again. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada

Hi Bernadette,
I`ll be listening in Scotland too - if we can get tuned in - would love to be in Italy itself to here it! Hope and think Michael may sing "The Prayer" or maybe he will go for his great rendition of "O Holy Night"! - Obviously, hope too, after news about Stuttgart that he is well enough to perform - not that many days away now!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (when it dawns) to you and yours from Sylvia - a wee Scottish friend.
Thank's Sylvia for your answer and your wishes !!!! You too : Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with us on the site of Michael Bolton... Bye BD
Thanks Pilar for posting this!! I have the Italian channel at home Rai Internationa/Rai Italia, so there is a chance I can see it there. For everyone else, the website for Rai is www.rai.it. We may be able to see it on their website, besides the possibility of seeing it on Youtube. When we get closer to the 25th, I'll check the site and see if they advertise this concert and let you all know what it says.
I have been to Assisi twice and yes it's beautiful.
Hugs,
Helena
Hi Helena and Florin, thank you so much for posting these! The only thing I’m wondering though is what time EST will it be presented. I haven’t checked your site yet Florin, but what language is it in? I just want to know, when I decide to attempt checking it out. Helena please, if you find out anything about times and such, do let us know. Now here’s hoping Michael will feel better by showtime Saturday. Take care and thanks again. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
