Hi Sylvia, did you try to read the article on-line or download it to your computer? Maybe your reader just needs updates. Anyway, you should definitely read the "Follow up info for the history enthusiast" thread. It's pretty long but overflowing with great stuff. It's one of my favorite threads. Take care sweetie and good luck with Joy's article. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada

Hi Sylvie,

Hi Sylvia, I just checked Jennifer's link and I think she just put a few characters twice. Try this:

http://www.michaelbolton.com/forum/topics/follow-up-info-for-the-hi...

I hope it works as a direct link but if it doesn't, copy and paste it into your browser. It's a fabulous thread, you won't regret it. Take care sweetie and good luck! Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada

Yes Sylvia as Sylive from Canada says you might need updates.  You can also just download Adobe Reader again, it's free.  Just Google it and you'll come to the website.  http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Good luck.

Hi Joy,thank you for posting this fascinating article.as you might know or not I am very new to the forum and although a singer/songwriter myself who always -well of course- loved Michael Bolton's voice-I knew very little about him and his life  and have been to his first live concert on the 23rd of November 2010 in the Royal Albert Hall which really made me question myself where I actually was in all those years.Eversince this day last November I find it very difficult to concentrate on another artist's work and my own songwriting is very much inspired by all I've heard and seen of Michael Bolton then.Although as a songwriter I cannot really chose what eventually comes out of me creatively,I very much hope to write a song for Michael which he and the world loves.Do I need to say now that I love Michael Bolton or have I said that already? So Joy,thanks again(the link I cannot access).

Hi Angelica,
I am very glad posting of this article has been appreciated by quite a few of you.  It's also great to see the younger generation turning into fans. Your concert in November was the first time you saw Michael in person?  Now you know how amazing he really is and why we are on the website.  Most people only know of him by his earlier hits of the 1990's.  And the younger generation, like you really don't hear much of him at all.  I know here in the US he is not played on the radio much at all.  You can now appreciate all aspects of his singing, the opera, the classics and the older hits.  He just keeps getting better as he gets older, it's pretty amazing.  I told a few friends I was also going to see him here in NJ in early Nov. 2010 and most of them said:"Oh, is he still around?  He still sings?"  They have no clue! So I am happy you have re-discovered him!  And good luck in your singer-writing aspirations.

thanks again,Joy.I can't explain why it was my first concert in November 2010/I try to figure that out for myself--cause I am not the younger generation and I am only no grandmother ,because my son has no children.Love Angelica

Well it's good that you did finally go see MB in person.  I am not asking how old you are, but I referred to you as the younger generation as most of us on here are about Michael's same age (in our 50's) it seems, and you are certainly much younger than that judging by your photo.
