Michael on Oprah Show

Hi fans....I just got a great idea which sprang from Michael's beautiful rendition of Sweet Home Chicago. Let's petition to get Michael on the Oprah Show for her final season. I am sure most of you remember him appearing on her show and singing her all time favorite...White Christmas. Well.....let's do it again! What a hoot it would be to FILL Oprah's studio with all of Michael's die hard fans from this forum and beyond! Of course we love Oprah also :) What a great time would be had by all. All you have to do is go to Oprah.com and scroll down to where it says...who do you want to see on the shows final year. I have already written to her and warned her that loads of Michael Bolton fans will be writing in requests. So let's go everyone...fill out a request and keep our fingers crossed!!

Hi Sylvie and Juliet...Actually Juliet just mention the Oprah Show and Michael every other word you write on the forum!! LOL That will be enough. We won't bother you with a U.S. Fan Reception since we have some great fans here who have done that and perhaps will once again pick up the torch. That will same you and Jennifer some work!!!

How do you like your new nom de plume .....but hey, you watch or that Kathy will be putting you into a corner because you haven't mentioned TEAM-DARE - oh no, come to think of it - I've put in a couple of comments and I have forgotten to mention Team-Dare -  it is okay, I am away to stand in my wee, wee corner for another hour with my wee, wee dunce's cap over my two black eyes .......................................

Hi all, I know this is supposed to be a thread to try and get Michael on Oprah, but  a friend of mine suggested that we might want to get Michael also on “Live with Regis and Kelly”, since they’ve already had both Michael Bublé and Josh Groban as co-hosts. I know Michael’s been on many times on the show, even back when it was “live with Regis & Kathie Lee”. I know Kelly would love to have him, on the show that is! :D Here’s the direct link to their in-box:

My only reservation about it is that they say  that by submitting something, you agree that they might call you on the air… :D So I just thought I’d let you all know. What a brilliant idea Sylvie!! Well done for thinking of it.

 

I know that we in the Uk wont be able to watch it 'live' so to speak and that doesnt matter at all does it because pretty soon it appears on youtube or get posted on here anyway, so somehow well get to see it.

 

I think the majority of us Uk peeple know who they Regis and Kelly are and know how funny they are. I love that the site gives a link to apply for tickets too!! Imagine being in the audience if Michael appeared on there!! Woohoo!!!!! I might apply for some for myself!! Ha Ha!!

 

I love that they might want to call me live on air if they picked me of course. How great would that be?? I wouldnt care what time if what either.  After all you are only about 5 hours behind us.

 

Right, I'm off to make my plea to the show. Again fantastic idea!!
