2012 TOUR REVIEW THREAD-PLEASE SHARE YOUR 2012 MB CONCERT ADVENTURES WITH US HERE!!!!

HELLO EVERYONE, Since the 2011 Tour Review Thread is not playing nice and throwing us all back to the beginning lately, Gail asked if I would go ahead and start the 2012 thread. So here it is.. We can all share our excitement for Michael's upcoming touring and events in 2012 and chat and have fun here till the shows start in 2012.

Everyone is welcome to post and share their stories and pictures, videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!!   Michael will be touring in 2012 starting so far with some shows the end of January.  There could be other events sooner too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert, feel free to share your experience here.  I hope to have a review after the Chester, PA show on January 28th along with some other fans that have gotten tickets for that show and  the Atlantic City, NJ show on January 27th as well!  After that there are shows in Australia so far listed for 2012.  Following those shows we have the Concert for MBC and Traveler's Golf Event in June, 2012 and later on the MBC Gala in Sept.. We already have some exciting events to look forward to next year and I know there will be much more to come.

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum.. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as before.

Welcome everyone!!!!!

Yep. Saw him at the U. S. Air Arena 8/23-94, I do believe. Boy do I remember. Michael acknowledge Skyler's  (pardon spelling) birthday. Several of us went by Harbor Express transportation not that it's relevent for all of you but that particular transportation worked out splendidly. One friend came all the way from Missisiippi to visit My sister & me. She met some of our friends & Michael's concert was awesome then too. I was in the 7th row. Never did get to go up to the stage. Didn't know anyone with to do that sort of thing but he was, as usual, awesome. In Robin's 2010 thread about first time concerts, I talked about concerts of 9/5/93&5/23/94 concerts as well but I can bring them over here if you'd like but no one's talking about their first experiences. Oh! well! Boltonnut from L. A. CA

Thanks for sharing your Bolton Adventure Robin R :) The lengths we all go to to see Michael!!!! That was definitely nervy of that driver to appear during WAMLAW!!! He took his own life in his hands for sure!!!! LOL Thankfully you were "nice" to him because he was walking on thin ice there girl!!!!

Kathy, not only was this dude walking on thin ice, he was at the edge of the cliffs. Ooops. Mybad. I pushed him off. :) Boltonnut from L. A. CA

Hi Everyone!  I know that it has been quite awhile since I have posted but life just had to be so chaotic and stressful at work and home.   Throw in a few health snafus and that put me even further behind everything.  But I wanted to post about the January Harrah's AC & Harrah's Chester concerts.  I will probably be repeating what everyone else has already said.  With Eileen's help, I think I got the pictures posted. I had to get a new camera and I was  disappointed that the pictures didn't come out that great.  I tried for weeks before the concert to get it set in the right mode.  I blamed the lighting but after seeing, Gail's, Robin's & Eileen's- I really can't blame the lighting...I can't open Diane's pictures :(  This was a phenomenal weekend. Meeting wonderful people and enjoying Michael's music, who could ask for anything more???!!  Eileen and I had fantastic second row seats. Breath taking! and then we made our way even closer! He sang every song you wanted to hear! Eileen got his hand as he leaned over the stage- I was thrilled for her!! Absolutely loved it!! I couldn't help but want to go to both concerts. I didn't know when he would be in this area again so I convinced Eileen that we had to grab the opportunity.  We got second row seats again, almost directly in front of the stage.  The only minor problem was that Chester is a very small venue and the seats were on top of one another. And I mean on top of one another.  Not much breathing room but we had many, many good laughs. On both nights when Michael sang "The Prayer" chills chills and more chills! and when Michael Lington played that instrument of his-chills again!  Ryan, Nelson and all of them were absolutely wonderful.  Again we got right up to the stage and he was so close.  Eileen got his hand again and this time I did too.... Standing twelve inches away and getting his hand had me floating on air!!!  Again meeting great people and seeing familiar faces- (Hi Robin!) made the night all the better.  After Saturday night's concert we got to talk to Michael Lington for a few minutes and got our picture with him. Diane, thank your hubby again for taking our pictures!  Eileen, you are the best and this weekend made sweet memories.  Ahhhh- there is nothing like a Michael Bolton concert....!!

Hi Leonarda, thanks for getting on and posting. Never too late to share in the fun.. I loved the Chester show too and see some familiar faces (Hi back:)).. My friend that was sitting by you guys in A City loved that show too...she felt same as you guys did about it and had a blast!!!!!We had a blast too then together in Chester and everyone in the band with MB did a great job..yes we all got to the stage didn't we. FUN TIMES!!! Nothing like it I always say!! I had a chance to catch M. Lington before the show out in the lobby and my friend was able to get a photo of me with him too. He's so sweet and was so excited about Pure.  Yes nothing like a Michael Bolton concert (or two in your case) to take away those mid-winter boring blues!LOL

Hope you are doing better now and feel free to jump in and post as often as you like..
