Helen

Some of you have seen mention of Michael's mother on other people's social media.  I wanted to let you know that Helen passed away at home last Sunday surrounded by family and friends.  A private ceremony was held and if Michael feels he wants to make a statement to everyone it will be posted here on the main page as well as his other media sites.  He and his family thank all of you for your sensitivity and understanding.  Gail

My sincere sympathy to you, Michael, and your family.

As my mother (78) got married on the 19th July and the husband (meanwhile dead) of my very best friend was born on the 19th July, I never forget this date. And now, one more reason not to forget it, I guess, the death of the own mother is the very sad moment in our lifes.

This is so sad to hear. Helen was such a sweet lady. She was so kind to all of Michael's fans & took time to talk to them. I'm sending my deepest sympathy to the entire family. May she rest in peace.

I was so sad to hear of the passing Ms.Helen. It was always great to see her at concerts,  She was a sweet and beautiful on the inside and out. She was wonderful to talk too I was lucky to meet her a few times.  I wish you, Michael, and your family my deepest sympathies. Please pass my condolences to Michael and his family on the loss of their beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Unfortunately I lost my father recently and I know how hard it is.  I also understand the need for them to grieve privately.

Michael,

I want you and your entire family, to know how deeply sorry and sadden I am to learn of your Mother's passing.  I have been out of the loop lately so I am just learning the news.  From what I know through these many years, your mother was an absolutely wonderful woman.  I pray you find comfort through this most difficult time.

This has got to be so very hard for Michael and family. Although I never had the fortune of meeting Helen,  of this I am sure,she is loved and will be missed by her family, friends and her loved ones.

Just be comforted by the fact that a lot of people from around this beautiful world cares for you Michael and all your family and if you feel a little warmth that is my arms surrounding you in a caring embrace from across the sea.
