Miscellany but exceptionally relevant information about, or from Michael on, MB.

Thought I would start this thread for there does appear, at times, to be different relevant articles, tweets, retweets, pictures etc relating to Michael but not really fitting into an already recognized thread nor, each of them individually, being able to be grouped together where a relevant thread could be started and so decided on this "Miscellany" thread.

I hope you agree with its relevance and that you enjoy everything that is put in as well as hoping that many will find interesting tidbits about Michael that can be included and help to make this, whilst a serious sharing of information, a FUN page to be able to visit too and, as is my intention, somewhere that everything which does not have a particular "home" can be placed, so that is all grouped together and can be easily found and located if someone wants to look at.

Here now, so that we can all focus on the main reason for this thread, is a beautiful picture of the "Theme" of the thread.......wonder if MB has ever been called that before ???? LOL.

Believe this one definitely belongs in here for I would say sharing with us that coconut sorbet is his favourite dessert is both miscellaneous and more than extremely relevant to the "THEME" of this website and in particular, to this thread !! LOL.

Hi ladies...just a little background on the video...the vid was made by TMZ...a local gossip program in L.A. They always seem to be able to catch stars and ask them about current affairs. They have reporters hang out at LAX and restaurants where the stars are known to visit.

Thanks Kathy R.. I remember you were on one at the dance studio with the fire truck when MB was doing DWTS..I loved that video and we didn't know you here yet then!!! That was cool.

Oh yes Robin Md....and those folks were different papprazzi....lol They are everywhere and for once I was GLAD they were there!!! TMZ even has a half hour tv show here and they show those exact type of videos. They will ask stars goofy questions or questions about current affairs like they did to MB. Did you notice MB's hair in the vid??? ;) Too cute!!!

X Factor winner Sam Bailey will tomorrow fulfil her lifelong dream of singing with idol Michael Bolton.

The pair will open the National Television Awards with their rendition of Motown classic Ain't No Mountain High Enough, originally performed by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell.

Sam, 36, who met Bolton briefly when she was competing on the X Factor, said she has "loved" the star since she first heard him as a youngster.

Mother-of-two Sam, of Leicester Forest East, said: "This is a dream come true. I can't wait, I am very, very excited. It's unbelievable.

"I was chatting to my people and they told me I would be singing at the NTAs – the next thing I knew, they told me I would be singing with Michael Bolton. It's crazy.

"I've always wanted to do it."

The pair will be performing alongside Thornhill Community Academy choir, from Channel 4's Educating Yorkshire.

Sam said: "I have so many things I want to ask him, he's such a great guy."

And singing with Bolton is just one of the many perks Sam has been given since being crowned winner of the show.

The ex-prison warden has been working hard in the studio and has just two more songs to record until her debut album is finished.

"There are some surprises on the album but I can't give too much away," she said.

"It won't be what everyone expects of me – it will blow people away.

"When I was recording some of the songs, I was actually crying my eyes out – you'll be able to feel it on the album, some songs are really close to my heart.

"It was so important for me to get stuff on the album that was personal to me."

Next on the wish list is a session in the studio with Gary Barlow.

"I want to get in the studio with songwriters," said Sam.

"I'd love to work with Gary but I haven't asked him yet." When she spoke to the Mercury, Sam was taking time out from her busy schedule by having a "onesie day" with her family.

"I'm just trying to stay as normal as possible," she said. "It's been nice to chill-out and enjoy the things I'm missing out on but I still have to stay focussed.

"It's weird, I have to preplan everything now.

"Even when I go to the shop, I make sure I have a pen with me and a handful of signed photos.

"It's like I'm living a double life and I love it."

Watch Sam perform with Michael Bolton tomorrow night, on ITV1, at 7.30pm.

Can't wait for her album and I bought her single "Skyscraper" and it is beautiful and on it are three other partial songs ...well worth the money and have to admit it gets played about as much as MB right now !! lol. Maybe the surprise on her album is going to be a duet with MB...oh wouldn' t that be wonderful !!! :)
