Regretfully, promoters of the Michael Bolton show in Seoul have elected to cancel his scheduled performance on New Years Eve. The promoters have unilaterally concluded that the current political atmosphere is not conducive to this type of event.  Michael is deeply disappointed by this decision, and hopes to be able to perform in Seoul when conditions allow.

Too bad for those fans in Seoul, but safety must come first!  I am sure you will find somewhere much safer to celebrate the new year and hopefully things will get better there in the future!

Happy New Year

To be perfectly honest I wouldn’t go there in first place. But, of course, beautiful music and voice of rare beauty doesn’t have political or geographical limits, people longing for it and I'm really sorry for these who couldn’t attend Michael’s concerts for some reason. Mind you, I myself couldn’t manage this year too… sad. But I hope Michael will be back to the UK sometime soon :-)

How very disappointing for you and your fans.  Still, it only takes one nutcase to wreck too much of our wonderful world - that's sad.  You bring so much love and light and joy to a world which truly needs it, and there was a place which would have been left a lighter, a little brighter, had you performed your magic.  A better chance will come there for you and your fans.  Safe trip, cherie.  Always, Amie

 Hello Michael

Well all your fans out there will be devasted but will understand the reason for cancellation im  sure, its such a pity that events like yours that have no political issues behind them suffer, as well as the hundreds of fans that have been waiting months to see you in concert.have a safe trip home and Happy New Year.

Lot of love
