After a great show in beautiful Edinburgh, with a very loud and entertaining crowd, I woke up at my favorite castle, New Hall (where I wrote my children's book Secret of the Lost Kingdom). Performed Hallelujah for the first time with my awesome band last night and loved it! Now I'm looking forward to a few days off between upcoming shows in Birmingham, Cardiff & London. Suggestions on how to spend them? MB

Wow Michael, this picture brings back nice memories of when I visited England...I visted two castles when I was there years ago. Since you've been to England more than I have, I guess you've done your share of sight-seeing. So you can relax with a good book, play golf or catch a show at the West End. Harry Potter just opened up at the theatres, so if you like that series you should see it! I'm going to see it after Thanksgiving, but in Manhattan. Get some R and R and enjoy!! Safe Travels..... Love, Helena..xx.....

Beautiful spot for a beautiful man, with many fond memories, I'm sure. Did you start another book or write a lullabye for the adorable Amelia while you were relaxing in the castle? Curl up wth a "cuppa", tour the antique shops you love and get in a few rounds of golf. Happy, safe tours and have a happy tofu turkey day! Early happy birthday greetings to your beloved mom, too.

Hello MB,

...wonderful castle and....., wonderful pics!!! I don't know this castle, but I imagine it's the perfect place for dreamers.

"All men, who have achieved great things, have been great dreamers."

Keep your dreams, ....... that's freedom.......

All the best to you, and as ever, ....thanks for your music!

Hey Michael, Joan from the UK just sent Ashley a copy of Secret of the Lost Kingdom band it is a wonderful book. I sat down a few nights ago and over the span of two nights read it to her and I must admit that you pulled tears from my eyes a few time towards the end and I actually had to stop to get it together because I didnt want her to ask me if I was crying. I must be a big baby huh? But it was so well written that I couldn't help myself. We will be bringing it to Modesto in February when we see you. Love Dad & Ashley and Thank you so much Joan you are way to sweet to us.

Hey, you know when you wrote 'Secret of the lost kingdom,' it was about you and me want it? Eh, eh? You know it was! Ha Ha!!

Now, so as you're staying there again, how about writing a sequel where we're all grown up and we get married? Ha Ha!!

Seriously, you rest up now and keep yourself well for next Tuesday and the RAH. Boy, oh boy are we gonna have some fun that night eh? Woohoo!!
Hugs,
Jennifer XXXX
