Just leaving Vancouver. After another great show in Canada. I love my trips North and have had so much love and support coming from the Canadian fans since about 87 when I first started touring and working here. I wasn't sure what to expect as there was a fair going on and potentially a lot of distraction but there were thousands of focused fans and even Nessun Dorma was appreciated outdoors in this festive environment. It really was nothing short of incredible!!! On to Nashville the songwriting capital of the world for our show on Thursday.

I was at the fair last night and went specifically to hear you again. I am still in awe of your performance. Unlike many of my idols from the past (I think I just aged dated both of us) you have not lost any of your vocal talent. You are still a superb vocalist and the envy of many. Loved the sax solo, and your back up singers were flawless. I can't wait for your next CD. Thanks for the great memories, both back then and last night!!!!
