Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!!  I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

 

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

I look forward to reading everyone's reviews once again and also contributing some of my own in 2011!

Believe it or not but I saw that on FB also. I even wrote a comment....Where are the blue M&M's Michael? Do you all remember when during an interview Michael was asked what his "demands" were for backstage and he said he requests blue M&M's only!!!! Wear some blue Meggy and Mary...lol

YES During the NBC Special that was later sold as This Is Michael Bolton-and that was BEFORE there were blue M&M's!!LOL  I saw your post on FB. good one!

Of course you would remember Robin Md!!!!!  VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! Thank you all for putting up with my LACK of a good memory :/  I try soooooo hard to remember until I get a headache!!!!! Bob DOES remember the turtle comment also...so I have a witness!!!! LOL

I have seen that bit now Kathy because it is on "The Essential Michael Bolton" DVD which is a compilation of "Greatest Hits The Videos 1985 - 1995" and "This is Michael Bolton" and was released in 2005 and you had just mentioned about the blue M&M's about the day before I got the DVD - he is getting out of a car and he is on the phone and he says he won't do the show unless blue M&M's are put in his dressing room and the bit I love in that DVD is where you see him playing softball - that boy could run - and the little clip before where he says it's not so much the winning, it's the fact he hates to lose -  that to me is knowing yourself and being truthful !!! lol.

That is one Sylvia!!! Heaven knows I have all the ordinal "tapes" of these shows and actually remember them all :) What I CAN'T seem to remember are names or dates....nothing really important!!! Like....who am I posting to now?  LOL

If you had known you were going backstage to see him you could have taken him a packet of M&M's - I bet he would have laughed at that !!! :)

I'll keep my eyes open see if any interviews that are on YouTube contain him talking about blue M&M's !! :)

IF...is always the key Sylvia. BUT...I much prefer the unexpected because that is when the activity was MEANT to happen!!!! No planning...no expectations!!! Pure DELIGHT!!!! I loved how everything unfolded and am always in awe of just what CAN transpire!! :) :) :) :)

Wow! They got to go to 4 concerts within a week, Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday&tomorrow. Wow! Four concerts in one week, I'd be TOTALLY BOLTONIZED&I'd love it.

Off topic. Did anyone watch the royal wedding? i didn't. Too early in the morning for me. I guess I could have video taped it but I didn't. I'm sure it was beautiful.

Hi Robin Ca,

 

The wedding was beautiful and Katherine made a beautiful bride in an absolutely spectacular wedding dress and too, the sun shone for them - it was wonderful - I loved every minute.....the whole thing went off without a hitch and there was one point that was totally beautiful and it was when her and William came out onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace and you did not have to know how to lip read for when she saw the crowds, which went into infinity up The Mall, she could only say - WOW....it was a beautiful. beautiful moment....she is going to be loved and cherished by this country and if she ever becomes Queen she will make a good one !!
