Just gone onto the main page Gail and I can't access it - have put a comment along with it as I believe it may be just here in the UK we can't watch but at least we have YouTube !!!! lol Thanks for putting it in though Gail and hope everyone else gets to view it !! :)

I promised a description for those, who can’t see the video– here it is. I had so much fun doing it and watched it at least a dozen times - LOL.
Jack Sparrow Video Description
Since I am no native speaker/writer I unfortunately lack of metaphors or idioms and google translation or babelfish is not that helpful, but I try to do my best.
Here we go.The story contains several plots. Of course the video is carefully cut to the beats and it is impossible to mention all details. Yet I tried to give you some impression of the various settings and what the whole thing is about.
The framework action (I hope that term is correct) takes place at the studio with the Lonely-Island-Trio (now abbreviated “TLI”) waiting for MB to come in. After his apology for being late due to his Pirate-Of-The-Caribbean-Marathon, they start working on the song. MB is seen with headphones and at his microphone on the left camera angle and TL.I. on the right. They are all dressed in casual clothing (my personal impression: MB is wearing a pair of Jeans and a very dark blue or black sweater, very short hair and he looks gorgeous!)
2nd plot: Outside and inside of a nightclub.
Outside: a long row of beautiful, very carefully dressed young – mostly white - women is waiting to enter the club. Everyone is very excited. MB and TLI arrive in a black limousine. They all step out of the car, dressed in tuxedos, smoking’s etc. (MB does not wear a tie, his shirt is slightly unbuttoned. I guess, I forgot to tell that he looks gorgeous …) and even though it is dark they all wear dark sunglasses like FBI –guys or so would wear them. They pretend to be soooo cool – not a single expression on their faces even while singing.
Inside the club: MB,TLI and some – white and black - males and women cheer with fine alcohol, some are dancing and so on. Money (bills) is spread by TLI.
TLI-trio tries to contact young women, who are politely listening, but their faces show that they are bored, embarrassed or disgusted.
At the end of that scene MB suddenly appears from below in front of that “couple”, a pirates hat with skull and bones-symbol on it – very excited and no sunglasses – a complete break with these cool manners before.
3rd plot: MB - being himself - is standing barefoot on a very windy beach, dressed in a white shirt and a beige pants. The wind really blows through him and if it was cold it must have been a thing to hold on to his extraordinary good mood (LOL). MB opens his arms widely and seems to enjoy and have fun. You can almost see light energy pouring through him. All the emotion he held back in that nightclub scene is now flowing through him. (Made me almost cry – LOL). BTW, he looks gorgeous.
4th plot: MB, dressed just like Johnny Depp as the Pirate Captain Jack Sparrow, is standing in/at the mast of a (pirate) ship. There is only the sky and some clouds seen behind him. He is so perfect that it took me some seconds to recognize him!!! The hat, the mustache, the costume, so handsome and romantic! LOL - While singing he deliberately overemphasizes his acting just a little bit (like Johnny Depp also did!), which turns this otherwise too romantic or corny (?) scene into a real parody and yet far of being stupid or so. The perfect self-irony playing with the hero-image and romantic guy! I couldn’t stop laughing. (I wonder what Johnny Depp might think about this and can’t help thinking myself he would laugh too).
As the song goes on, he wears an ancient pistol (gun) or a pirate’s sword (dagger/Epee ?). In one scene he lets fly a Seagull (made of paper mache) with such an pathetic expression of pretended grief/overwhelming feeling, that I couldn’t help laughing that loudly, that my neighbors joined me without knowing why …
Needless to say that he looks - - - gorgeous!
5th plot (rather a scene than a plot): Since MB couldn’t convince TLI with Pirates of the Caribbean, he tries with “Forrest Gump” (Tom Hanks won an Oscar for his performance and the scene MB refers to is very much known and was certainly to be recognized immediately).
He is sitting on a bench with a box of chocolate in his hand. He wears a white suit and plait/checkered shirt like Tom Hanks did and has an army hair cut with – dark, almost black hair!! (to me, he resembles a younger Leonard Nimoy (Mr. Spock). First, a young black woman is sitting next to him, then a young white blond one leaning tenderly to him, just like in that film. (He looks (deliberately) – not that gorgeous – LOL)
6th plot/scene: MB dressed as a woman! He is wearing a dress with an animal print and a blonde long hair wig, a doll (in the first moment it looks like a real Baby) tucked under his right arm and files under his left arm. He looks very stressed – could be a scene from “Desperate Housewives” since I only watched one or two parts of the series, I don’t recall the name of the blond mother with these several awful (? – normal ? – LOL) kids.
If they refer to a film, I don’t know which one it could be.
A moment later he appears without doll and files, much quieter, pretending to be seductive … He is looking directly to the camera and his sight is … indescribable. He does not look gorgeous – from a female point of view (LOL) – he simply is gorgeous !!! Can’t help my tears running down my face from laughing …
7th – and last – plot: MB as Tony Montana/Scarface (Al Pacino played the role (true story, I guess) of a drug boss who lived in luxury, but due to his own addiction to cocaine lost everything and killed in a last fight lots of people with an assault rifle/gun before he was killed himself, did not see the movie myself)
This suit he is wearing – so much like a mafia or drug boss! Expensive, probably hand crafted, and yet, not really gentlemen-like. And his hair … short, dark blonde and … I don’t know how to describe it.
MB is seen in a very luxury office with several packages with white powder, obviously cocaine, which he then excessively consumes. He is covered with the powder half of his face, then is his suit, until he grabs into the package and then draws the white powder with both hands and throws it into the air – ready for the showdown.
He appears upstairs a very luxury hall (without being covered with the powder - "clean", so to say LOL) -, the gun in his arms (people who know this film will recognize this scene, I guess) and spreading bullets or fire.
Beside of all that laughing and parody, there is one second (at 2:48, MB sings “wife”) that gives me goose bumps, because – unexpected – suddenly MB becomes so seriously for a moment. He is standing upstairs, his gun in his right arm, next to him on his left side a beautiful blonde woman (supposed to be his –once- beloved wife, lost due to drugs).The expression on his face – and his eyes! - shows absolute emptiness. That is the status of a man who had everything and lost everything – and is not able anymore to even care about it. Quite a living “Zombie”, an empty soul, with just a physical heart to beat a few minutes longer .
I am so impressed by his acting!
The last seconds recall all the plots and close with TLI, not hiding their (pretended – LOL) disappointment and resignation about MB. MB appears last as Jack Sparrow (nice, the hero may show of last to remember LOL), posing with his sword, that would made good old Errol Flynn look pale. LOL
(I can’t remember if I mentioned, that he looks sooo gorgeous!)
So far the story/stories.
I copied the lyrics – as far as someone has put them into the net, no official lyrics are available yet - and tried to put some hints behind or next to them (ALL BIG LETTERS), so that you might have an idea, how the video develops. Since the cuts are so fast, I won’t be too successful, but I hope you will enjoy.

thanks for adding your info - so it is the movie "Erin Brockvich" they refer to, I guess - not Desperate Housewives, I would have never thought of this film. Hm, if Julia Roberts will laugh about it? Why not?

I am glad, that you enjoyed my description. Julia just added the lines about Erin Brockovich - I had no clue of what he is singing - LOL - far too fast for me! Even now that I know the lyrics I can hardly understand him LOL. And believe me, the resemblance to his mother is amazing!
I would love to hear and see the bloopers to this video! - I bet we would hear more of this fabulous laughter he presented us with the opening of "This is Michael Bolton"
