Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!!  I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

 

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

Yeah love your story too Kathy for a caring and compassionate person are what those young people need and they don't always find that in their lifes - I would say those you taught were some of the luckier ones to have had you as a teacher !! :)

Kathy, I think that's awesome the work you've done with special needs children. I knew there was something real special of you. I don't know how to say it. The way we clicked&all that&it didn't bother you that I'm blind. You'd be amazed how it does bother some people. Their loss; my gain so to speak. I can't change the blindness; only people can, if they wish to, change their attitude. The amazement of ignorance even of today astonishes me but I won't go there. You&everyone here in this group are awesome. Love all of you. I went to Maryland School for the blind as a studen, I'm in their alumni&I had the opportunity to work there 19 years&let me tell you, when I see some of this multiply handicapped children, it would get me off my pity party attitudes, let me tell you but anyway. We're here to talk about Michael. I'm glad. Tom seems to be an awesome father. So many kids at MSB were shafted from foster home to foster home because the parents neither wanted their disabled children or couldn't take care of them. Stop rambling, boltonnut :)

There is another singer that Tom and Ashley both love and I know they were at one his concerts earlier in the year so maybe it was his they were going to on the 1st because I would say definitely Michael did not have a concert yesterday - can't remember his name but I think, if memory serves right, he is a country singer ! :)

Perhaps Sylvia....Tom and Ashley do have other singers that they enjoy and see. That would make sense. Tom said things have been very hectic for him so your scenario could well be the situation. I have re-read and re-read his email and he DEFINITELY wrote what I posted :/ There will be an explanation soon I am sure :)

I agree with all of you that care givers are angels as I have an older brother who is in a group home. He's severely retarded&his current care giver is awesome.
