PRE-ORDER CD "GEMS - THE DUET COLLECTION" NOW

THE CD IS ALREADY ON PRE-ORDER - I HAVE ORDERED, PAID FOR AND GOT ALL MY RECEIPTS - IT IS THROUGH THE MICHAEL BOLTON STORE AND A "BUNDLE" HAS BEEN CREATED WHICH INCLUDES A T-SHIRT WITH THE COVER OF ALBUM PRINTED ON IT AND ALSO FOR THE FIRST 1,000 THE CD WILL BE SIGNED !! GO GET IT FOLKS !!! :)

Yes, I got al of my receipts too. I paid via paypal aswell.

I wonder when they'll reach the 1,000 mark and what they'll do? Just wondering how we'll know if we've beensuccessful in obtaining the signed package bundle?

I got a couple of my friends to order for me too to see if we can get a package for the fan reception prizes. Mind you, I'm probably going to put the T-shirt up for auction / sale anyway for the reception, so fingers crossed I was successful.

I have my Reciept from The Michael Bolton store 7th May 2011 BUT

I used Paypal and they haven't taken the money yet is this right Gail do you know?

I have not recieved a receipt from Paypal saying I have paid :(

I would hate to miss out.

Hi Dianna,

I got a receipt from PayPal at the same time as my order receipt, both came through together Dianna - within seconds of each other !! Could you not maybe send Sony an e-mail along with your receipt number to verify that your order has gone through and then get onto a help line for PayPal - on the receipt I have from the Michael Bolton Store it shows an e-mail number at the foot for Sony - just a thought and I do hope everything is okay with your order - I am pretty certain it will be Dianna !! :)

I just ordered a few more of the CD T-shirt signed bundles and although it says that the payment has gone through, as I was checking out, an error appeared on the page and I was advised that the order couldnt be found.

I've checked my Paypal account and the payment has been accepted as it appeared in my account immediately and I've recieved an invoice from Playdirect.com

Just thought I'd let you know that if the error appears, it looks as though the payments are still going through. I will now wait and see if I will actually recieve my second order?

I'm now wondering if the 1000 mark has either not been reached or if the offer has been extended?

Gail, would you know anything about whether they have they extended the offer at all? I cant believe that with all of us here the 1000 number hasnt been reached yet especially as a lot of us are ordering in multiples? I myself now have 15 bundles ordered!!

Hi Jennifer,

The 1,000 only relates to part of the bundle in the pre-order, i.e. the 24 page booklet signed by Michael, so if your order doesn't fall within the first 1,000 you won't get that, but you will receive the CD and t-shirt.....I should think the pre-order will carry on until 21st June and the album's actual release !!

I RECEIVED MY RECEIPT FROM THE MICHAEL BOLTON STORE ON MAY 6, 2011 I PAID BY CREDIT CARD BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN CHARGE TO MY CARD YET I JUST RECEIVED A STATEMENT AND IT IS NOT ON THERE I CHECK MY RECENT TRANSACTION AND IT IS NOT THERE I CHECK MY ORDER VIA ORDER NUMBER IT IS STILL THERE GAIL IS THIS RIGHT? Gloria, you will need to write to the same people Dianna did. I bought one through paypal and it showed on my bank statement in about a week. It shows as MYPLAYDIREC . If you charged it and you don't think it was received you need to contact them here:

Oh yes, I reckon you are right Sylvia, but it is still being advertising with the signed booklet for the first 1,000 orders and I just thought they might have changed that if they had already acheived that figure.

I just dont want anyone to be dissapointed. We all 'need' the signed booklet dont we? Ha Ha!
