PRE-ORDER CD "GEMS - THE DUET COLLECTION" NOW

THE CD IS ALREADY ON PRE-ORDER - I HAVE ORDERED, PAID FOR AND GOT ALL MY RECEIPTS - IT IS THROUGH THE MICHAEL BOLTON STORE AND A "BUNDLE" HAS BEEN CREATED WHICH INCLUDES A T-SHIRT WITH THE COVER OF ALBUM PRINTED ON IT AND ALSO FOR THE FIRST 1,000 THE CD WILL BE SIGNED  !!   GO GET IT FOLKS !!! :)

Jennifer perhaps you can help when I went to order the CD package I couldn't find where to use PAYPAL so I put in my credit card details but if it doesn't work this time ( I have e-mailed them to find out) could you please tell me how you used PAYPAL because I didn't see it as an option when I was doing my

When you go to the page to buy the T-shirt bundle, click on 'buy' and then when you click on the 'my cart' link, the checkout link appears. When you click on this the 'payment page' opens and it says paypal to the left of the credit card payment links.

 

Is the paypal link not appearing when you get to the payment page Dianna?

Thanks for your response

I have wrote to them 3 times now the first time I heard from them 2 e-mails all good telling me it didn't work

2nd and 3rd e-mail I have heard nothing it is driving me mad.

I have NO idea if the second order has gone though or not

I just had another look on the order site thinking I was going crazy and No there is NO PAYPAL when I go to purchase the cd package. I wish there was I feel safe with PAYPAL...

Gail could you help I have tried and tried I really want the package could you let management know the PAYPAL icon is not coming up for me over here!

HI Jennifer,

This is weird when I changed my country to UK the PAYPAL icon was there so there is a promblem I am going to e-mail them again perhaps they can figure it out.

Could you just change the country to Australia and see if the PAYPAL icon shows for you?

Dianna, you're right, I changed the Country to Australia and paypal did dissappear??

 

I just tried out a few other Countries, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Germany, Slovenia, etc..etc. and paypal shows up or all of them? Of course I didnt try every Country, but for all of the ones I tried Paypal was there except for Australia?

 

I dont understand it?

 

I hope you can get this sorted out Dianna. Let me know how you get on.

I did the same thing PAYPAL seemed to be on everybodies but Australia :)

 

Gosh I hope this has worked for me still waiting to hear from them to see if the second order has gone though

Unfortunately I haven't got the opportunity to pre-order Gems- The Duet Collection until now :( but I was wondering if the CD is signed when you pre-order it now..?

Hi Rosalina and WELCOME to the forum !! :)   Unfortunately I can't answer your question about the CD but I would have thought those that placed a pre-order would get a signed copy - there has never been made mention of a specific number for signed copies of the CD only for the 24 page booklet, which was for the first 1,000 ordered, and there is no date given for it to finish on, only the 21st June when the CD will be released and, therefore, the pre-order will cease !  In saying that, just yesterday, we received a message from Michael that he had finished signing the pre-order covers and was heading home but whether within those he will have done extra to cover any more orders that may be placed before 21st - who knows !!  He may also have had to get them finished as Sony are probably starting to prepare for posting those pre-ordered for 21st June - I am sorry I couldn't give you are more definite answer and all I can say is - wait and see what you get - not too many days now but I do hope you get a signed copy !! :)

Hope too you will join us in all our discussions in the forum about all things Michael !!! :)

thank you so much!!!:D And thanks so much for your help, and your long and great answer, I really appreciate it!! Unfortunately I didn't notice that tax fee wasn't included in the price and the taxes are really high here which I couldn't afford, so I'll have to buy it somewhere else - could have been really nice, though :(
But as far as I can see I can still enter in the competition where you can win a signed copy, so if I'm REALLY lucky I'm not totally out of chance to get an autographed version, haha, we'll see :D!

Hi Rosalina,

 

I got an e-mail from customer service last week, telling me they had no way to keep track if all the autogrpahed booklets were sent out or not.  I was going to buy another copy, to raffle off for the next fundraiser by the Knights of Coulumbus group that I belong to.  I have also entered the contest to try to win another copy for this reason.  I'm glad that I have my own copy and the shirt.  :)
