Heure des concerts
J'ai acheté une place pour le concert à Paris. L'heure du concert est indiquée pour 20 h alors que, dans les infos "events", l'heure indiquée est de 18 à 19 h ! Quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire pourquoi cette différence ? Y a-t-il un rendez-vous spécial pour rencontrer Michael ? Si oui, j'y serai... Le fait de Lui donner un bouquet de roses, le 4 aout 1996, s'est soldé par un effleurement de peau seulement, sans bisous !... J'aimerai, cette fois, donner plus qu'un simple sourire...BD

Lol Ça n’a fait que mettre Michael dans l’embarras et il a détourné le sujet… Il est très humble et ne prends pas son statut de « sex-symbole » au sérieux. Dieu le bénisse! Seriously, it would be great if we could find a 'free high quality' translation site for overseas users translate their text before posting it. Most sites translate into what we call 'pigeon English' and a lot of the emotion and meaning is lost from the text.
This way, more people could become involved in the topics posted by 'non English' speaking fans and they would benefit from better feed back from those of us not blessed with the knowledge of their language.
Does anyone one know of such a site? Perhaps if it is a really good one, then Gail might be able to make a sticky and post it at the top of the forum.
After all, this is mainly an English speaking site and it would be such a shame if we couldnt communicate equally across our language barriers wouldnt it?
My second language is 'very rusty' German, so thats not much assistance in this case is it? Ha Ha Ha!!

Hi Jen, maybe you should ask Juliet which site she uses. She was able to help Bernadette in the beginning of the thread. It's just a shame when some words have 2 meanings like "record" for instance that can mean "record" and "disque". I guess I foolishly assumed that when I took over to help Bernadette, that noone else followed it so I didn't bother translating... I managed to get backstage passes for his Earls court concert a few years ago. What a lovely kind youngman.
He posed for photos and I had my hand on his bottom!! Tee Hee! He thought it was funny!!
Thanks Juliet, I'll try that translation site, I think it would be very useful for non English fans to use to translate their text before posting here so that more people join in with their postings on here. It would be a shame if people didnt reply to them becasue the ydidnt understand what was being asked wouldnt it?
