I don't mean this in a bad way of course, but listening to Michael puts me to sleep. His voice is so smooth and soothing that if I have the lights out and lay horizontal, I'm sleeping before I know it :)
I couldn't go to sleep with music playing to be truthful that's the time our TV goes on in my house and it bores me so then I go to sleep.
Music would have me humming along singing and wingling the old toes I just couldn't go to sleep lol
All the best
Dianna

I love to go to sleep to Michaels Music!!! (My hubby not so much) I love it when I wake in the middle of the night and I wake and hear his voice in my hear! I also have found that watching the DVD from the concert in England is great to put on and watch while I'm on the treadmill!!! I've lost 45 lbs in 5mos doing this! My family knows to stay away when they hear the DVD going! OH except my grandson Dominick who comes in closes the door and says"I want to watch Michael Bolton!!!! Maybe a future FAN!!!! So off to the treadmill I go now to exercise who know it could be fun! LOL
Hi Eileen,
Hat's off to you lady on the weight loss, keep it going! I struggled with weight as a teen, but for me it was under active thyroid, but I did loose 85 pounds. A lot of hard work and giving up foods I loved to eat. I still watch myself even now that I am older. I have gained only 15 pounds back over the years but at 135 I don't complain. I am 51 years old this Sept. Feeling great. Good luck to you.
Hi Janniche,
One time I walked into my oldest son's room because I heard him gasping for air, and I found him being strangled with his head phones! I can relate.
