WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE 2014 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!! COME ON IN AND JOIN THE FUN!!

Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread.  The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc.  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

The next show on MB's Tour is  at the The Music Hall, Portsmouth, NH on Sunday, June 1, 2014.

Everyone attending this show have a wonderful time and feel free to come in and post some reviews afterwards!!!! MB rockin a bit in the Northeast!!!

Glad to hear it Christine. That's what this thread is all about. All of us sharing our fun times with the concerts and seeing MB around the world.. That's what he wants..I got to share that with him several years ago and told him how much we all love this site and being able to share our concert stories.. He said that's what he wanted to hear!!LOL

So nice to read that MB is especially pleased with the level even non-english speaking audiences interact.  Even I have been surprised how enthusiastic the Essen crowd did respond to his invite to sing along ... I am convinced that the intimate atmosphere of smaller venues also enhances the audience/performer relationship. 

Hopefully Michael may return to Europe shortly, considering to also sell VIP tickets for upcoming German shows. B

Hi everyone, Françoise was having trouble with her translator site, so she asked me to translate her review which follows. She was extremely nervous leading up to the concert, but she said it wasn’t as bad once there. So here goes:

« Unforgettable concert at the RAH! I was in a great spot in the second row. He gave everything. An exceptional voice the whole concert long  and I had tears during “Nessun dorma”. I sang and danced even more during “Steel bars”. ANMHE, ANLTRT were admirable, I loved everything. I shook his hand and was already in another world! Meeting with Valentina and Chiara, my Italian friends, but I missed meeting Nicolette. Very quick M&G.  When Michael came into the room, I wondered if I wasn’t dreaming! Smiling broadly, he spoke to each and everyone, there were men also, we spoke 30 seconds but when he said “merci beaucoup”  in French, it was simply awesome! We understood each other. A big smile and a wink so there!!!!!, you now understand why I’ve stayed on another planet. I remembered what my friend Sylvie from Canada told me: he’ll put you right at ease and it’s true. Incredible but true! I hope he’ll be able to rest after this European tour so he can go again to share with other fans, he needs it. When I left, I was able to meet Jason and Amanda, pictures with them. Very kind and warm people.   Amanda is a very sweet girl. I congratulated her for her voice  and performance. Jason is very relaxed and full of humor! We laugh a lot with him!   Those 2 pictures are on my friend’s camera so I’ll have to wait  a while to get them. It was an unforgettable evening and an exceptional birthday present.   I’m already thinking of my next concert!!!  “

She said she hasn’t exhausted her concert fund, so there’s still hope! :D She also said she didn’t make any videos, to respect Michael’s wishes. So there you go guys, enjoy! Take care and hugs to all, sincerely, Sylvie QC Canada :D
