Welcome everyone to the 2017 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with concerts scheduled already for 2017!!  MB has some USA shows starting off the year in January and more shows through early April so far and I’m sure many more to come around the globe as the year unfolds!  Also exciting for 2017 is the February 10th release of Songs of Cinema and I am betting a few more songs from the CD will make it in the tour setlist!  Woo Hoo!  This is the best time to be a fan with MB’s concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2017 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Let the year long concert party begin and I wish concerts for all of you in 2017!! I know many fans are on other social media sites but I do hope we can continue with the exciting tour reviews here in 2017!  You all make the thread fun.

Happy Concert Time again in 2017!!

Hi Katrin!! Thanks so much for your review!! I am surprised that you and Petra are even able to write a review after Sylvia's surprise!! How fun and exciting for all of you!! Woohoo!!! I hope to see you again in your home country this time :) It was sweet meeting you in London at the RAH. I still remember you turning around often and smiling my way and I kept thinking..."she looks familiar"!! And of course we finally met after the concert :) I am more than ready for Germany in 2018!! So happy you had a wonderful time at both shows and adventures with Sylvia are always fun!! You are just lucky you didn't drive with her!!!! LOL Although looking for a car for 1 hour and a half is pretty good timing with Sylvia!! lol Thanks again for sharing your adventure with us!!

The only real M&G I remember here in the USA was when some of us got our tickets with I think V I P ticket included to meet Michael & though it was brief, it was awesome. I do believe it was 10/30/01 but I could be wrong. I'll never forget it because I spoke with him about his Christmas song "Love Is Like A Holiday." I mean, we were all in line but to me, it was sort of an M&G. If there were others here in the U. S. A., perhaps someone can clarify this or correct me. LOL

Oh, sorry. It was in Nashville TN. I could be wrong about the date but I think it was Yep. It was the 30th of Octover as I spent several days with my friend Bev & went to the show with Trisha.

Thanks girls for all your kind words and it WAS just such an adventure I never, in my wildest dreams, expected to go on at 66 !!! LOL  If somebody had told me even at 36 what I would have been doing at 66 I would have laughed them off the planet and said NO WAY ...... rock 'n roll on to the next Bolton Adventure when I'm 67 and in my 68th year........YEAH, go for it girl !!!! lol

Just to add and believe I have mentioned somewhere but it was in Denmark that got the set list.  There was a set of steps just by side of an extended section into the crowd at the stage and Evan came down and spoke for new was going to Bremen as had spoken to him in Poole but he had got such a surprise when saw me in audience and had had to do a double take and he gave me set list.   Have to say "Nessun Dorma" was on it but he never sang it (boohoo) and also TLAT was closing song but he changed it to Georgia.  Only difference in Bremen was a change in order of songs for ANMHE came before HAISTLWY not in order they had sung in Denmark.

Just to say too I hardly got any pics.  Wish I had bought a decent camera instead of phone..... have a guess what I'm saving up for ??? LOL

Hi Sylvia, be wise to choose a good one. LOL. I bought a camera just for my concerts, but there isn't a single one worth sharing :-(.

Also, thank you for telling us about the changes concerning the set list, interesting :-).
