Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!!  I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

 

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

ROFL, OMG, Kathy, what a night!!!!! I can't believe the problem with that man who wanted to fight!!!! And about being close to the stage, is a routine, as you perfectly have said... Michael should add a clause to his contracts with "my fans will come to the stage during the second part of the concert and nobody will stop that", LOL.

Wow, Kathy!! What a night!! I'm laughing like crazy at your persistence, I remember those arguments with security myself...and HA!! do they think wrong when they think we are giving up...NOT. As for the guy looking for trouble, sounds like he had a little too much to drink at some point..there was an obnoxious guy front row at a concert I went to in Houston in 2000 but he was more of a lover, not a fighter, couldn't keep his hands off all the women around him lol. And the thong...YUCK...I saw a lady throw a bra once, don't know if she actually took it off right then or not, MB picked it up gingerly between two fingers and hung it on Chris' guitar! Hilarious! What an adventure you had!! So glad so many BBs got to be together, I love it!

I am glad Michael didn't hang the thong anywhere!!! LOL He placed it carefully on a speaker. I hope this doesn't appear twice :/ I thought I had responded but I don't see another message anywhere so I wrote again :)

The thing about security&if I'm repeating, please forgive me but they think they have this power&control. I realize there are some troublesome fans at various concerts&all that but a lot of us have been on the rodeo at least 20 years. I never was able to go up to the stage until 2001 when Trisha, my friend from NC took me&I'll never forget it as long as I live. When Michael held my hand then, after he let me go, I cried but really it is a control power thing with a lot of security. I'm like this. If Michael's security is ok with us fans going up then they should let us be. Some places are totally awesome like House of Blues 2 years ago in Vegas.

Yeah&in henderson, Michael held my hand 4 times thoughout the time we were all up at the stage&he even gave me a guitar pick. It was real relaxed&the crowd, they were awesome.

Hi Robin from CA, about security, technically, they do have power and control: they’re just trying to keep order and trying to keep everybody safe. I think that each artist or group manager should let the security in on what’s allowed and what’s not allowed at concerts though, while still keeping everybody safe. JMO Oh Robin, I didn’t know it was Trisha who first took you to the stage, how nice of her! Oh! Sylvie! Remember 2002? Yes ma'm. I understand about security I really do but some take it to the extreme. I guess I feel that way because, I'm harmless. I'd never disrespect Michael. I may joke around&wanna take him home&what? but I'd never disrespect our babe. :)))))
