Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!! I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

OMG OMG Tracey it sounds like your Michael Adventure was FANTASTIC!!!! lol Nothing better than our Michael in a great mood for his concert!!! NOTHING COMPARES!!!! Add meet and greet to that and oh my :) There is nothing better than the STAGE!!!! That little trip makes all the difference doesn't it Tracey??? Thanks so much for your review ! It was loads of fun reading it :) And of course....welcome to the forum!!!

Hey to all,

Well got to go to Branson for the Saturday show, and what can I say, I will agree with Tracey and Carla, one of the Best shows!!!! He was AWESOME and the voice was really WONDERFUL and GREAT and AWESOME!!! He said he really loved playing there as the sound is so great in that venue!! It was a pretty loud crowd, not a sell out, but a good crowd!! I had front row center left, the best!! The stage is almost in your lap, so to stand, you were at the stage!!! As it was last year, no going to the stage but like I said, there really isn't much room!!! I still would like to have stood more, but everytime you did, you were asked to sit!!! It was still awesome, some got to give him flowers and such, lots of hand shakes, but as soon as he took it or took your hand, you had to go back and sit down! He did another autograph for one lucky lady, she had his Lost Kingdom book and he squated now and signed it and didn't miss a note!!! I got a picture of it I will post when I post pics in the gallery!! He was very talkative and chatted a lot in between the songs, at one point he could have kept telling stories and we would have been happy!! He came out on time and sang the full 2 hours!!! A great mix of songs this time..Kelly joined him to sing a few songs and she is just fantastic!! and beautiful (as my husband pointed out!!) LOL!! The song list is as follows for anyone interested: Began with Soul Provider, Love is Everything, To Love Somebody, Sittin on the Dock, Said I Loved you, Hope its too late, Sinata song can"t remember the name( I think it was.. They Cant take that from me), Home Sweet Chicago, Summertime, then Kelly came out and sang with him To Make you feel my love, I'm not ready, and The Prayer..which got a huge standing ovation!! Then of course Michael L sax solo, then When a Man Loves a Women, How can we be Lovers, Time Love and Tenderness..encores of Steel Bars, How can I live without you(with Kelly) and Pride....again very AWESOME show!!!! He could have kept on singing all night!!! It was a FANTASTIC evening and didn't want it to end!!!

I didn't get to touch his hands this time but I did get a quick wave, wink and a pose for a pic, and it turned out this time, yeah!!!

Before the show I was looking at his table of cds and saw the pic of his Jack Sparrow he had signed, and bought one!! I usually resist buying stuff already signed, but I couldn't resist this picture!! It is too cool!!!! We were staying at the hotel next door and had just walked over to the venue, so my hubby decided he would take the picture back to the hotel so it wouldn't get bent up and I said I would just wait for him in the lobby! When we got back to the room after the concert, he had suprised me and swiped one of the posted off the doors of the venue, mind you, it was 2 of them stuck together!! He knew the last time I was there and I wanted one but the people told me I had to wait till afterwards and then they were all gone, so he figured what the heck no one was at the door and just pulled it off!!!!

This has been a really special year of Michael concerts for me, there has been such a variety of shows, from the ones in the casinos which are usually pretty rowdy crowds and get to act like you are a teenager again being at the stage, to the VERY special ones in CT and NY with all the special guests he had there to the last one in Branson that had a different variety of songs that I love..really don't want them to end...but as he said at Branson, this tour has been renamed to the "Never Ending Concert Tour",(I think is what he called it) so hopefully he will have some more for us in the states...very soon....

Awesome reviews, Kerie&Tracey. Awesome Tracey about your meet&greet. Wow! apparently the venu provided that. Thanks Kerie for the setlist. It doesn't always happen to me at a show to get a hand shake but I treasure them when it does happen. Meets&greets are hard to come by&backstage passes! wow! they're hard to come by so, whatever happens to me, I treasure that's for sure. Boltonnut from L. A. CA

Oh girl you had a great time! (Remember our NYC show? It was the best too) Love your review!! To bad you couldn't stand, it's so hard to just sit through a MB concert isn't it? But you never know if the venue will be strict about that, that's why I try so hard to get front row seats. Lucky you getting a poster off the door, you have a super hubby there! Can't wait to see your pics.

Hey Kerie, Way to go girl. I am thrilled for ya! Truly I am, I can feel your excitement in your post. Woo Hoo! MB is making the most of Jack Sparrow now and I'd have gotten one too probably! Your hubby is too cool also! Way to go on the posters!!!LOL

Looking forward to your pics in the gallery. And don't forget your golf adventure in CT too girl. We had such fun....I hope to get a show or two up here one day again in the near future..Yes that's a good name for his tour!!LOL

Hi Kerie, thank you for your wonderful review as always, I’m glad to hear you had such a great time! You did such a wonderful description and the setlist is much appreciated too: it’s nice to know Michael is changing it up. Cool your picture turned out and you got the “Jack Sparrow” one while they last. Lol what a sweet thing for your husband to do for you! Great review, Kerie! My husband & I went to the Branson concert last year and stayed at the Savannah House, too. What a nice hotel AND so convenient to that beautiful venue, The Mansion. Didn't make it to Branson this year, but I've got my fingers crossed for 2012!
