Hi Eileen, it was nice meeting you at the concert in CT, even though it was only for a few minutes.  I hope your husband feels better soon.

     Diane  :)

Awesome Diane you got to meet BB'S in CT as well. Did you get to meet MB? Boltonnut from L. A. CA

No Robin, Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Michael, but still had a great time!

I agree. Everyone enjoy tomorrow's show. Boltonnut from L. A. CA USA&come back with  pictures, videos,&reviews.

Good morning Everyone,

The concert yesterday was the most amazing I ever attended. The open air venue  (perfect weather, sunshine and warmth till 04.00 h am when I went to bed) – again – was very small, no “real” stage, because it would have been easy to step on it, just like if they had played in someone’s living room LOL. The sound and energy of all almost has burst the stage – they were like in a cave or shell – and MB was in fine mood and his voice was amazing!!!

I had a 4th row ticket with a huge man sitting right in front of me so I had to move constantly to see MB.  Yet, everything was just fine.

There were lots of men (!) since it was a celebrity venue (a famous German soccer player was there too ) and VIPs had champagne e.g. in the break before the show and afterwards), but the audience was truly amazing, very lively, yet well behaved.

The song list is different from the other venues (as far as I remember LOL):

To love somebody

Sitting on the dock of the bay

You don’t know me

Sweet home Chicago

Summertime

That’s life

Hope it’s too late

???

How am I supposed to live without you (with Helene Fischer)

The Prayer (with Helene Fischer)

To make you feel my love (with Helene Fischer)

Nessun dorma

When a man loves a woman (from the middle of the audience)

How can we be lovers

Steel Bars

???

Time, Love and Tenderness

Georgia

Pride

Hallellujah (which was a real “encore” I think, because the audience shouted so loudly and long for more)

Here are my videos – again please forget about the visual result, the sound and spirit counts. Enjoy.

I am off to leave the hotel and meet Christine for breakfast and then I will have to drive home. So have a great time all over the world.

Yours Astrid

THANK YOU Astrid - they are absolutely wonderful and I have just bombarded FB with them and in the comment I have attached to the Hallelujah video I have said thank you to you (as I have on each video) and to Stuttgart, Michael's final show in Germany, on this tour !! :)  I have also thanked Michael for each and every song he has ever sung and have told him he is the MAN, the MUSIC, THE MAESTRO and I have thanked you too Astrid for allowing us to share a little of an absolutely beautiful concert and I thank you again on here for giving me the opportunity to hear a voice that I believe is like the oldest and finest of wine - the purest of quality !! :)   Thank you Astrid - danke !! :)

Thanks Astrid for your great review and the video links as well. I have to check them out later, off to work, something to look forward to this evening.  Wow the setting sounds very intimate. Tiffany put up a picture during sound check and it looked small or intimate.  Thanks for sharing with us all here!!! So glad you had such a fun night!

Hi Sylvia,

MB's voice was partly breathtaking. I am still in a very quiet mood - he took me far beyond daily perception. I am so grateful.

Sweet dreams

Astrid.

Night, night Astrid and have sweet dreams of Michael !! :)

Hey Astrid, thanks for your reviews and videos sweetie! I like your description of the venue! :D Wow, sounded like the perfect audience for Michael… Thanks for the setlist too, such a varied one… About your videos, at least you got your full SILYBIL this time! :D The songs with Helene were fantastic, no wonder  Michael loves to work with her so much… Oh Astrid, you had me cry on “To make you feel my love” because this was the first time I’d heard it… I still don’t have my “Gems” yet. Now “Pride” sounded great too and it sounded to me in “Hallelujah” as if he wanted to listen to you guys singing at some point, I loved it! Well all I can say is that I’m glad you all had such a great time during this leg of the tour and that you made Michael feel so welcome! Thanks again for everything Astrid, take care sweetie. Big hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada

Oh Sylvie,

so you are still without Gems? That is a shame!!! Do you have any idea why it takes so long for you???

Hallelujah - actually we all - inclusive and especially the men !?! - sang along the chorus from the bottom of their/our hearts. The choir was not too bad LOL.

Big hugs too

Astrid.
