2012 TOUR REVIEW THREAD-PLEASE SHARE YOUR 2012 MB CONCERT ADVENTURES WITH US HERE!!!!
HELLO EVERYONE, Since the 2011 Tour Review Thread is not playing nice and throwing us all back to the beginning lately, Gail asked if I would go ahead and start the 2012 thread. So here it is.. We can all share our excitement for Michael's upcoming touring and events in 2012 and chat and have fun here till the shows start in 2012.
Everyone is welcome to post and share their stories and pictures, videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!! Michael will be touring in 2012 starting so far with some shows the end of January. There could be other events sooner too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert, feel free to share your experience here. I hope to have a review after the Chester, PA show on January 28th along with some other fans that have gotten tickets for that show and the Atlantic City, NJ show on January 27th as well! After that there are shows in Australia so far listed for 2012. Following those shows we have the Concert for MBC and Traveler's Golf Event in June, 2012 and later on the MBC Gala in Sept.. We already have some exciting events to look forward to next year and I know there will be much more to come.
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum.. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as before.

Yes we have a few weeks w/o concerts till Michael and the band and crew start out Memorial Day Weekend here in West Va!!! Won't be long and those shows will be happening. Time is just flying by..Thanks for your review Dianna for the Australian leg.. Was hoping a few more folks would have posted but that's ok..We are having fun with one person's adventures or many!!!

It was an adventure and that's exactly what I said to Bill " Lets get this Bolton Adventure happening" when we were on the plane
I know Sylvie asked me a question on here somewhere about what was for sale at the concerts
They had the gems t-shirt, The Australian version of Gems which I bought and some were signed (mine was ) they had a beautiful book
which I bought it's called "gems" Michael Bolton "stories behind the songs" Michael essentials DVD I think that was all
I bought 2 shirts the CD and the book :)

Ah! ha! A new t-shirt. I'll definitely get one. The book, what's it all about? Well, I probably won't get it as I'd have to have someone read it to me & they probably wouldn't have it where i could access it. Oh! well! such as life. Boltonnut from L. A. CA USA who loves life.

A link to Michael performing "Pride" at the Wrest Point Casino in Hobart, Tasmania, on 28th April, and thought more than fitting to put on here as it is the VERY LAST song performed on the Symphony Tour of Australia and the video shows for Sylvie and Robin CA at the end the end of the show with the line-up and the bow and then others can be seen leaving stage to allow MB's individual acknowledgement of thanks with his clasped hands and deferential bow and then the final wave as he walks off stage and I must say that I love the way the recorder has finished in not following MB's departure but staying on stage with the final view being of an empty drum kit....I found that shot pretty touching and emotional because it most definitely is, an ending ....pretty good to have captured it that way !! :)

Following comment and picture have been posted over in FB as Michael says farewell to Australia...........
"Last show in Australia.... For now! See you soon and thank you so much for having me!!!"
For Sylvie and Robin CA the picture shows a huge billboard in a glass case hanging on a wall advertising the show in Hobart and Michael is standing beside it on the left and it does look as though it is taken at night for Michael is in the dark whereas there appears to be a light shining on the poster and MB looks pretty well wrapped up although, the trade mark sunglasses, are still perched on the head !! lol.

Thanks everyone else too that chipped in with comments,pics and links, loved them all and so nice to read such positive reviews. I'm sure Michael will return soon, I got the impression that he thoroughly enjoyed himself as much as everyone else .... you can't ask for more :)
