2012 TOUR REVIEW THREAD-PLEASE SHARE YOUR 2012 MB CONCERT ADVENTURES WITH US HERE!!!!

HELLO EVERYONE, Since the 2011 Tour Review Thread is not playing nice and throwing us all back to the beginning lately, Gail asked if I would go ahead and start the 2012 thread. So here it is.. We can all share our excitement for Michael's upcoming touring and events in 2012 and chat and have fun here till the shows start in 2012.

Everyone is welcome to post and share their stories and pictures, videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!!   Michael will be touring in 2012 starting so far with some shows the end of January.  There could be other events sooner too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert, feel free to share your experience here.  I hope to have a review after the Chester, PA show on January 28th along with some other fans that have gotten tickets for that show and  the Atlantic City, NJ show on January 27th as well!  After that there are shows in Australia so far listed for 2012.  Following those shows we have the Concert for MBC and Traveler's Golf Event in June, 2012 and later on the MBC Gala in Sept.. We already have some exciting events to look forward to next year and I know there will be much more to come.

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum.. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as before.

The next show on MB's USA tour is at The Emporia/Greenville Performing Arts Center, Emporia, VA

November 25, 2012.

 

As usual, anyone attending please feel free to come on in and share you reviews with us here..This one is a small venue..

Great find Sylvie and super to listen to as well.....thoroughly enjoyed seeing Phillip Phillips and needless to say also somebody called Michael Bolton.....he was pretty good as well !!!!!! LOL.    Thanks Sylvie !!!!! :)

I saw Michael in Dover last night...what a show! The place was jumpin', the audience was really into the music, and Michael, of course, was on fire!!! He sang a lot of his old songs, but also performed some of the music from his new cd. He did say it would be coming out in February. He sang songs from his duets album too. Michael Lington (sp?) was incredible on the sax....the fans loved him! Michael came into the audience to sing, as he usually does, and the fans went wild! He was only about 5 feet away from me and actually posed for me to take photos! He is a true "ham" at heart. Then, after the show, he signed autographs!! I got to briefly speak with him...I was able to tell him I have seen him 12 times in concert. He chatted with me for a few minutes as a result! What a thrill!

Welcome and thanks for your exciting revie Marianne!!! Wow!!! Sounds like a great show..Which songs from the new CD did he sing???  How cool is that getting an autograph and getting to chat after the show. Did he come out the venue and sign from his car?   He's done that before..He's so sweet.Way to go getting to chat with him.....So glad you had a blast..Did you get any pictures????  I know so many questions!!LOL

Thank you for coming on the site to share your concert with us and so happy for you that you had a great time and were able to visit with Michael.

Fantastic you heard songs from the new cd. Would you like to share them with us? Michael Lington is always so impressive and a great sax player and, yes, you spelled his name correctly. Was Kelly there as well? I know we would all be very happy to hear about more of your concert if you have time and wish to do so.

Thanks for coming in Marianne and WELCOME to the forum and it does indeed sound as though you had a great concert....so pleased for you and so please to hear you got to chat with Michael and got an autograph and pictures,...lovely !!! :)    I bet you are still on cloud 9 and just you stay there for as long as you want !!!! LOL.

Thanks again Marianne and hope you will have a little look through all that is on the forum and that you enjoy !! :)  BTW if you wanted to share any photos just pop up to tool bar at top of post and go to second from left, image, and that lets you upload a photo ....but...remember only if you want to and we also have the Gallery on the main page where some create albums from shows, or events, when they have a quite few pictures that they want to share.....they are all worth having a little look at and as I have said I hope you do enjoy everything that is on the website and on the forum !! :)

Welcome to the forum Marianne.  We love hearing everyone's concert experience.  Sounds like yours was fantastic!  What songs did he sing from his new CD?  How great to have him sign autographs--he's the best!!

Wow, sounds like it was a perfect evening, I’m glad to hear you’ve had such a good time. :D Well I’m going to join the group and ask if you could tell us which song (s) from the new album Michael sang.:D If I remember correctly, at the MBC event, Michael sang “Ain’t no mountain high enough” and at the Grove tree lighting event, Michael sang “Ain’t nothing like the real thing”, so we’re thinking it must be one of those.
