Not really, it's from a TV show which didn't look familiar to me. Done in a studio with a live audience. MB is dressed in black pants, black sleeveless vest. Long hair, looks really great! It's from the early 90's. I didn't recognize any of the band members, but then again I didn't follow them that closely back then. I just bought all his records, but I wasn't in fan clubs etc. back then. Maybe someone else can help.

The band that are playing are not and never have been Michael's Joy and makes me wonder if he was doing a promotional tour at the time. I have put a comment in the video and will see if uploader answers but what I did notice was that two of the comments and especially the first one placed is in Spanish and the other is Portuguese and if you listen to the end when the presenter says Michael's name there is definitely a hint of broken English in the way he says Michael and also too at the very beginning I do not recognize the presenter and although have put in comment about possibly being in UK I do not think so. The pictures round the studio almost look like from the Napoleonic era and that is why I have said about France but of course Spain/Portugal could be relevant too to that era and there is also a "2" for the channel showing in right hand corner......it is a darn good video nonetheless and Michael looks fantastic !! :)
Have got to say that at beginning I wondered if even from Australia and so went to look at the old video from there and video has gone as has a lot of others because uploader has been removed from youtube as objections raised because of persistent violation of copyright......I have a lot of videos away from my channel and also video section on here has a few blank spaces and should like to add that I most certainly will be circumspect in what I put on this website especially when it comes to pictures and those taken from videos and book(s) etc. they, most assuredly, will not be shown, so last set from videos, on photo thread, are my last !!!

I also think it is not from the US, but doesn't matter to me at this point. I just saved it as it sure is great and he looks amazing, I would surely watch that one over & over!

Hey Joy, I understand girl: I was the same in the early 90's. It's funny to hear you describe what he was wearing, because last year, my daughter came to spend my birthday with me and we watched a compilation tape of early appearances. In practically every performance, he was wearing the exact same thing! lol Thanks for the description and hopefully, Sylvia will get a reply on YouTube. Thanks to you both! Take care. I wish I was following him better back then, and at least in the fan club etc. I feel like I missed out on so much! But I am making up for it now. And as far as his outfit, he does seem to find something that looks great and stick to it for a long time.
Now it's either black long sleeve shirt (sometimes white) with jeans, blue t-shirt and jeans, or the black suit! At least he finally stopped with the blue velour jackets, they were really getting out dated.

I never saw this one before and the era of those arms!!!!! We loved those arms back when I started traveling in 94' to see him. This looks to be about that same era..Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great voice and he looked fantastic. I remember that look! LOL
Love all the colored jackets he had in the 1990's for the tours, blue, white, black and red..Loved it if we got white or red as those didn't come out as often!!LOL We saw him at a ballgame once before a show and my friend asked him to wear red..well don't you know--he came out with the red jacket! She flipped!!LOL Fun stuff.

Hey Joy, same here: I bought everything Michael released and had released, but for various reasons, I couldn’t make it to a concert before ’98. As for the fan club aspect, to be honest, (before I knew better lol) I associated fan clubs with teenagers. I started catching up after I got a computer... :D Thanks for sharing Joy, take care.
