2013 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!!!!! EVERYONE WELCOME!! COME ON IN AND JOIN THE FUN!!
Welcome everyone to the 2013 Tour Review Thread!!!!!!! It is hard to believe another year is soon upon all of us and it should be a fantastic Michael Bolton year full of fun and adventures for Michael's fans around the world!
Feel free to post your stories and pictures, any videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!! Michael will be touring in 2013 starting in Jamaica in January. There could be other events too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert come on in and share your experience here. We also have shows scheduled in the USA for February and one is on MB’s birthday which will be extra special!! This should be a very exciting year for all of us with MB’s new book coming out as well as a new CD and possibly his TV show starting later in the year too? We never know with MB as he’s got so many things going on at once!!LOL We can report here if there are any book signings as well if you all want to. Also, later in the year the Michael Bolton Charities will schedule their events to raise funds for the MBC.
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Here is a picture Julian Lennon has posted on Twitter of himself and Michael on stage in Monaco and he apologises for quality of picture but thought he would post in any case and said it was a blast doing the duet with Michael.

Just finishing up here before heading for bed Robin CA and saw your post and I reported that last night after Jason had posted about Julian coming on stage for the encore with them, it is over in previous page, but they sang "Stand By Me" !!! :) Just a little addition to post is that Julian, on his FB page, has also said that they got a standing ovation.

Ok, here I go... First, my photos this time are not the best ever taken, so, since you have really good ones from professional photographers, take mines as just an adition. I am editing the videos also.

The review:
In my humble opinion, this was not the best concert I've lived, I've enjoyed it the least in fact. I had bought tickets in row three, and I imagined that the first two, which were not for sale, would be for VIPs, but row three row became 15th, because the hotel suddenly decided to put a space in front of the stage and before numbered rows, bounded by fences, with tables for ten people, 1,500 euros each table. There were all the while passing waiters, and the drinks were free, so people started getting "too happy" ... and above all is that we could not see either stage, because they were up all the time.
And the other ugly part was when WAMLAW. Suddenly, the crew put the box in which Michael was going to sing a meter from me ... I thought, how nice!! I'll be around at least in this song. But when Michael came and got, people began to push in a very bad way ... maybe in the video that's on Youtube is not noticeable, but I was crushed, and even I had to tell to the guy behind me, you're crushing me. I could not even record a video ... Hope that Michael didn't feel that situation during the song, but I am sure that security team did.
Michael returned to the stage and then I tried to approach as much as possible to be able to enjoy at least the end .... And I walked slowly, until eventually I managed to get in front of the stage, in the left corner .... at least three songs.It's okay because I have lived many concerts, and there will be more ... and I imagine that the organization and the hotel made to make more money with these areas and with the drinks, but I did not like.
I had the opportunity to spend a brief period of time with Michael after the concert, because he had to attend a lot of important visits. He was as wonderful as always... and he did admit that two years after his last concert in Spain was too much... so maybe, he will come back soon.
I had one extra copy of the official programme of the concert... in adition to other two that will be to make a contest for the susbscribers to the official e-newsletter in Spanish... BUT for this third extra copy that I have, I will let you know soon how to get it.

Thank you for sharing your concert even though not all went as you hoped it would. Very special for you though that you were able to have a few minutes with MB after the concert, VERY SPECIAL!!!! Will look forward to your photos and videos too!! Hugs,
