Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!! I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

i wasn't the only one standing up though...their was a guy infront of me standing up and then the first 3-4 rows were standing up as well...soooo i don't see any harm in that...it didn't seem to bother michael being he was smiling and making serious eye contact with me and singing directly to me...i don't pay 75$ to sit at a concert...if thats the case id just assume to jam to music in my car for free...sorry i go to have a good time and i don't like it when people are rude when asking me to sit down...ask politely and yeah i will as long as everyone else does because im short...sorry you didn't like that part of my review :)

Meggy...the other concert goers just had to catch up with you that is all :) See...it started in the first row and it filtered back to you and I am sure behind you soon after. I loved your review and was thrilled that the concert was everything YOU wanted and MADE happen. Like I told your mom......rest and start planning your next concert!!!! Always remember the positive experience because no one can take that from you sweetie!!!!

Pictures may not always turn out but no one can take away our memories. That's all i have is memories beings I'm unable to see pictures&such but hey! I have my emories that's for sure&all of us do&what awesome memories.

Hi Meggy .I think you are misunderstanding.No one is saying for you not to enjoy yourself and to get up and dance ,Im one of the 1st to get up and dance and hate sitting for a concert but i think we all need to remember to be considerate of others especially those who are disabled .They pay the same money as us .Sometimes all it takes is to have a look behind to make sure we are not blocking someones view especially if you are on the end where there may be someone in a wheelchair .No one would have a go for you enjoying yourself ,thats what we are there for .xx

I am with Sharon on that, she took the words right out of my mouth. I would be one up and dancing as well. I as well am short, I am only 5 feet and 3/4ths of an inch tall (yes i have to get the 3/4th's in there haha)! I did how ever read your review and I am excited for you about your experience. Like Kathy said above start making plans for your next concert. I am sure you are on a high and you will not want to come down!!

I'm also five feet and 3 quarters of an inch as well. Sometimes going up to the stage is a hard reach. Bummer. :)))

I've been up to stages that are chin high in height&a shorty like me, it's hard to reach. people have told me Michael would bend down to reach me. Ask Kathy, Robin,&her friend. I'm short though I know others may be shorter than me. I envy those that are like five feet 5, 6, 7&so forth. :)

Sorry, I wasnt having a go at you for standing, seeing Michael is an intensely exciting experience and we all tend to lose our inhibitions when he comes on stage. who can contain themselves as soon as you hear those first few bars?

I was merely explaining why the people behind you were probably upset because it has happenned to me before and because in your excitement, you may not have realised why they were upset with the people who were standing. Everybody pays their money and has the right to expect to see what they've paid for and the usual 'Michael etiquette' is to sit for the most part but as soon as WAMLAW comes on, all hell breaks loose and we can stand, dance, hop and do whatever we want. I've seen some girls dancing on the fold up chairs! Not something I would want to try but hey, they were having fun. Maybe you didnt realise that and that is not your fault if you've never been to see him before.

I'm sorry that people were rude to you. There is no need for that. I always ask politely and explain my reasons why I cant stand. Usually, people are genuine and sit down, but I would never expect them to stay seated after WAMLAW though, even if I still couldnt stand up because that would be me being selfish then.

I'm just glad you had a great time and enjoyed what is after an amazing experience. Nothing, but nothing can beat a Michael Bolton concert and believe that he ought to be placed on prescription from our Doctors. One concert every 3 months or so should do the trick. There'd be a lot more smiling faces then wouldnt there?

I also thought your review was brilliant and like I said before, I cant wait for you to add your pictures to the gallery. I do hope you remembered your camera and didn't do a 'Gail' on us and in your excitement trying to remember to take your book for signing, forget it? Did you get many photos?

Hi Jennifer, thank you for explaining further to Meggy your feelings about people standing up at concerts. Meggy had been to MB concerts before but was 10 at the time. Although from what I understand has been to many more artists concerts and don’t know what the concert etiquette was then. Oh my, yes I agree about Michael being placed on prescription! Lol Funny you should mention that because I was telling Meggy recently that I need a patch,not to wean myself off, but to keep the MB effects in my bloodstream… :D Take care Jen. I love that idea!!!!!!! A prescription patch to keep the MB Cloud 9 in effect all the time..........wow, we'd all be so happy floating around............hhmmmmmmmm.
